HI! This is the peaceful, spacious, calm wildlife retreat you’ve came to Montana for. Please, no loud kids or adults :-)
Deer, bunnies, birds, turkeys & miniature dwarf goats are staples here. The perfect place to get away from the park crowds. Nothing but sounds and sights of nature.

I try my absolute hardest to give you an unforgettable positive experience… that may mean working together. Please communicate if anything doesn’t look or feel perfect or if you want something that maybe is not in the unit or that I will have it or I’m happy to go get it.

Is from not so great experiences… PLEASE do NOT pull up playing music loudly or leave your car door open playing music. You will be asked to leave out of the respect for peaceful guests on the property. Outside social hours stop at 1130 please be respectful of noise volume always this is not a KOA camp park.
This is a quiet whispers sanctuary a healing place. No yelling, hooting, hollering. No drinking alcohol if you can’t handle it quietly and respectfully for your environment. I am sober and it’s not cool.

NO ANIMALS. Please do not try to sneak an animal onto the property. If you have an animal that you would like to bring make sure to run it by me first… Not only are animals hard to clean up after… Most likely they will try to kill the bunnies, chickens and turkeys that are all over my yard…it’s happened 2x from dogs that are ‘sweet & loving’
Also, it’s next to impossible to get all of the hair out of a unit not to mention any scratches from claws.
So if it’s small maybe we could work something out with a deposit and extra cleaning fee. Otherwise, probably best for you to look elsewhere. SORRY.
It’s about upholding the integrity of the rental and property for future guests.
That being said don’t try to sneak extra people… Ha ha

We happily welcome you to Montana in our beautiful 2021 2bdrm RV on our stunning full of nature/life property just 10 min away from the tourists. Haha
I have two other rentals on this awesome property so those out as well. If you wanna add to your group they will be close but not too close to where they are in your space like any other hotel or camping area… Probably won’t even see each other unless you’re getting eggs at the same time ha ha

4x4 during winter months is a must to park directly in front of the rv. I plow but the snow is still a few inches deep.

Limited to 1 car unless pre authorized Jut ask/communicate with any questions/concerns. I am here and happy to help.

Relax on a hammock with the sunshine and wind on your skin or hike/explore the private forest behind.

This definitely a place dedicated to peace and tranquillity. We’re looking for those who are responsible, respectful, cool, calm and collected to join energies with.
If hooting, hollering/yelling and partying is what you’re looking to do on this trip this will not be the best place.

We have a 2020 VW Tiguan car available for rent on turo as well. Could even pick ya up from airport
Other things to note
The toilet can handle nothing but toilet paper. Make sure everyone in your group knows. If anything else is flushed it will clog the pump, back up and make for a disaster during your stay. So please, nothing but toilet paper. $500 fee for plumbing issues sustained during stay. *** NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY (OUTSIDE/INSIDE) ***

We have a hammock, corn hole, horse shoes, a go kart, sauna, slip and slide so you’re welcome to enjoy the property for sure!
