„The apartment consists of two stories. Downstairs kitchen and living room and upstairs two bedrooms. The location is one block from The beach which is fantastic and parking is behind the building, very close. Staff is very friendliy and the apartment was clean. The fully equipped kitchen including laundry and drier really came in useful. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Som Furniture was a bit worn but overall really excellent place.“

„I chose this place because our don was getting married in Monterey. We arrived early and decided to go for a walk up and around Lovers Point. We parked on the street and I was looking around and noticed that we had parked across the street from our rental. My husband said that “I couldn’t have picked a better place” Not only was the location perfect but the inside was perfect! We enjoyed the balcony and the views and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again! “

„The location of this condo is unique in that you are not directly looking down on the beach and parking lot due to a roof of the lower condo in front of the 2nd floor patio, but directly onto the ocean beyond the beach. It gives it a more secluded private feeling while being in the middle of everything at the tiny beach town of Cayucos, which we loved. The condo has everything we needed.
