Unsere ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT-Eckeinheit (Nr. 195) bietet einen spektakulären 180-Grad-Blick auf die Pazifik- und Kona-Küste. Während Sie auf der Veranda (Patio) entspannen, genießen Sie die Beobachtung von gelbem Tang-Fisch in der Bucht, grüne Schildkröten, die auf den Felsen weiden, die springenden Delfine (normalerweise morgens) und die Buckelwale vor der Küste (während der Wintergeburt / Paarungszeit).

Erleben Sie das ganze Jahr Sonnenuntergänge und lassen Sie sich vom Rauschen der Wellen entspannen. Unser 1-Schlafzimmer (mit neuem Cal King-Bett) plus ein großes Wohnzimmer mit 2 Bädern ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen und unvergesslichen Urlaub benötigen. Gestaltete Küche mit neuen Geräten. Kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN und Telefon (lokal, USA, Kanada, Mexiko, China und EU).

Wir liegen direkt neben einem Salz- und Pfefferstrand. Am äußersten Norden gibt es viele Gezeitenbecken mit Tieren und Petroglyphen. Am näheren südlichen Ende, bei Flut, wenn die Wellen ruhig sind, dann erfahrene & fit Schnorchler (mit einem Kumpel, niemals alleine!) kann eine Vielzahl von Meeresleben finden. Wenn jedoch ein Neuling und / oder die Meere rauer sind, dann ist der Kahaluu State Beach (nur ~ 5 Gehminuten nördlich von unserer Bucht) voller Leben im Meer und einer sichereren Lage (mit uraltem Schutzwall und Rettungsschwimmern).

Wir bieten viele Extras: Shampoo & Conditioner, Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Strandtücher, Schnorchelausrüstung, Kühler, Boogie-Boards und Strandstühle usw. Dieses Gerät ist an der Oberfläche mit ausgedehnten Jalousiefenstern übersät, die die Meeresbrise und die Geräusche so schnell auf Sie abtreiben lassen wie das Licht von Sonnenuntergängen oder Mondstrahlen (Deckenventilatoren; keine Klimaanlage).

Lage: Unser Stadthaus befindet sich im Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club, einer privaten, 16 Hektar großen Wohnanlage ~ 8 km südlich der Innenstadt von Kona. Der Komplex bietet 3 beleuchtete Tennisplätze (mit Zugang für Tennisprofis), einen großen Pool, einen Volleyballplatz, Grillmöglichkeiten und Gasgrills. Die Anlagen sind üppig mit schönen Blumen. Wir sind auch in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Kona Country Club für Golf (ermäßigte Preise für einen Surf & Racquet-Gast) und das Keauhou-Einkaufszentrum mit Lebensmittelgeschäft und Apotheken, Restaurants, Kino und einer begehbaren medizinischen Klinik am Samstag Vormittags besuchen Sie den Bauernmarkt mit regionalen Produkten, Kona-Kaffee, Blumen und Fisch. Unsere Lage ist praktisch, um die Big Island zu erkunden oder einfach am Meer zu entspannen!

Great location, close to Kailua-Kona. Easy walk to multiple beaches and close to shopping, groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Nice setting right on the water. Good space for a couple, but probably small for a larger group. It was a bit dated and tired but was clean and well supplied. The views of the sunsets and the sounds of the waves were wonderful.

Fantastic Location/needs a little TLC

The oceanfront location cannot be beat. Has all the kitchen and beach things you need. Beautiful artwork and comfy bed and linens. The unit is showing its age a bit and could use a little TLC, but no showstoppers. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place

Loved the location, privacy of the end unit. Absolutely beautiful sunsets, great pool/bbq complex as well. The host Maria was easily reachable and very helpful. A window unit A/C upstairs would be the icing on the cake but a wonderful property never the less. We will be back. Thank you Maria!

Amazing view

The view from here is spectacular. That alone would be reason enough to stay here, but there are so many more things to love about this place. The kitchen is well stocked, although it was too hot to cook so other than breakfast we ate out at the nearby restaurants everyday. We loved the beach equipment, everything you could need is here. We also took advantage of the pickle ball court available for guests. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. We have stayed in hawaii before with only ac in the bedroom so I didn't think it would be a problem going without. However, I sleep with a fan on even in the winter so it was very difficult to sleep. That being said, I would definately stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to just chill and watch the most spectacular sunsets you could imagine.

Second Time Staying at this Condo

We love this condo. The remodel of the upper floor to an upstairs suite provides for amazing air circulation, views, and space. The condo provides everything you need, cooking utensils, starter items, etc. The view from the lanai is amazing and that's pretty much where we spent all our time. The unit is older and although it has been kept up very well, could use a little TLC and organization. But overall, we love, love, love this condo. The location is perfect and the "private" beach access is another great perk. Maria, the property manager is always available and responds within minutes to questions or concerns. Overall, the best place yet!

We enjoyed the beautiful Hawaii sunsets while sitting on the private lanai. The condo is in a great location, with shopping and dining nearby and a 10 minute walk took me to a fun snorkel area. We had everything we needed and management was easy to communicate with.

Older unit, but honestly the location to me was everything! Best seaside vacation spot if you love being outside & near the ocean. A lifetime of memories that I will cherish forever. This description of where it’s located & sea life you can see from the comfort of the lanai was 100% accurate. I spent 13 nights and it was a quiet, safe, and beautiful sanctuary to return to. Absolutely would book it again!

Not what we expected

The location was fantastic and Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club is a great property to stay at with friends and family. The townhouse itself however was not what we expected. We had read that it was older, but that did not prepare us for the state of it- there was literally tape holding things together. The carpet had a very musty smell, there was significant corrosion on anything metal and it was clear that not much has been invested in the property to maintain it. On our final day the garburator started to spew waste and a glass frame hanging on the wall smashed all over the bathroom when I closed the door (the door had swollen over time and it was very difficult to close, so the impact of closing the door caused the frame to fall). I cut my hand cleaning up the glass. I called the property manager Maria, who was very attentive to our needs and asked if we needed anything. She said she would pass the information along to the owners. I never heard from anyone.

Second Time!

This is our second stay at this wonderful condo. Having the Pacific Ocean at the back door is amazing. Laying in the lounge chairs and watching the sunsets, walking over to the little cove for turtle sightings and beachcombing are my favorite things!. There is a little ‘mall’ just up from the traffic light, a grocery, a bookstore, a post office, Tropics Tap House, Bianelli’s Pizza, a Regal Theater. We will definitely make a third visit!

Great base camp for island exploration

We had a great time at this property. Everything you might need was there. The kitchen is well stocked, allowing us to cook great meals (thanks for the sharp knives! They seem to be a rarity in rentals). The closet had a full array of beach gear to swim and snorkel and the beach chairs and umbrellas were great. There was a cooler and water jug for all day excursions. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to any place on the island. The two minute drive to the shopping center was very convenient. Be sure to hit the farmers market there if you can. Lots of fresh produce. The pool at the property is great. Of course, the view is the highlight of the property. We saw the green flash every evening. Thank you for sharing with us.

You just cannot beat sitting outside on this patio being mesmerized by the view and the sound of the ocean just a few feet away! Lovely, waterfront respite

Property more than lived up to the photos and description! Perfect for just my husband and I. Spent lots of time on the lanai enjoying the incredible view and listening to the soothing sounds of waves! Lack of AC was not a problem thanks to the ceiling fans and many louvered windows which are all screened. Also it was well stocked with beach gear. We so enjoyed our stay we are already looking forward to our next stay!
