Conveniently located off of Ali’i Drive which is the perfect road for a morning stroll, afternoon longboard ride or a sunset run.

The top level boasts breathtaking views, a generous living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, prepping island & pantry. There's a .75 bathroom featuring a glass walk in tiled shower & plenty of counter & storage space. The well appointed kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a specialty meal entertaining guests, lunch at the beach or a fuel filled breakfast for your tremendous day ahead. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream complete with an ocean view island to watch whales (when visiting) & dolphins spinning while prepping incredible island fresh food. There's a walk-in pantry with all necessary cooking devices & drawers & cupboards filled with all needed utensils, glass food storage, cutting boards, baking sheets, rice cooker, blender, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, convection oven, induction range & a full size fridge with filtered water & ice cubes for your cocktails & smoothies! Everything needed to prepare yummy Kona coffee & healing herbal teas is also provided. There is plenty of room & storage for all of your food and beverage needs.

There's an outdoor BBQ on the upper lanai, plenty of dining room space inside at the 6-8 person dining table or lanai dining. Expansive living room with soaring vaulted ceilings, flooded with natural light & extending out through 2 sliders to the massive covered lanai. This room offers various seating, a couch to relax, watch T.V., stream on our high speed wi-fi, snuggle into island time, gaze out to the ocean or take in a nap on the queen sized day bed.

The second (middle) level has the 2 bedrooms and a huge bathroom also featuring a walk in tiled glass shower & double sinks. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing & wake up to bird songs & ocean lovers living this incredible beach life. One bedroom has a Kingsize Bed & the other Bedroom has a Queensize Bed. Cozy beds, super clean, dressers, large closets & nightstands for your personal items & a small safe for anything you need locked up. There are plenty of towels for bathing & beach time.

The Lanai's are wonderful & a great place for a sea breezy afternoon nap, a good book or a good night's sleep on the Dragon Mama Futons, especially in the rain. Both Lanai's have these Futons & are fantastic for additional sleeping spaces. These sleeping areas have curtains to pull for privacy & there is also plenty of Lanai storage to stash all of your stuff.

Lowest (bottom) level has a washer, dryer, outdoor sink & clothes lines for your use. All soaps, detergents & dryer sheets are provided. There is also an outdoor storage container with a cooler on wheels, some beach chairs & various beach gear for your enjoyment. There's an outdoor shower on the South end of the property to rinse off the sand on your toes & salty bay days. Parking is under the butterfly filled orchid tree, on the lava with plenty of lighting for night time check-ins.

This a two bedroom home that lives large! The layout allows for entertaining & easy open air, relaxed beach living. You will mostly love living on the lanai’s, shaded from the hot sun under the mesmerizing monkey pod tree & massive palms, it feels as if you’re in a lush tropical jungle. Have a Mai Tai at the bamboo bar areas or rest & rejuvenate in the overstuffed round swivel chair while strumming your newly purchased ukulele. Bask in the morning sunrise over mauka & enjoy the stunning green flash Hawaiian sunsets. This property has everything you need for incredible Big Island memories. A great spot for a celebration, family vacation or an intimate getaway. We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and trash bags.

We are located within a mile from Keauhou Shopping Center (South) offering a fantastic local grocery store, longs drugs, bars, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Thai + restaurants & a movie theater. There is also the Kona Country Club & 18 hole golf course within minutes from the Property. 6ish miles North is charming downtown Kona with a plethora of things to do, restaurants, bars, bands, entertainment & all of your island needs. Jump up to middle road to explore easy access to the rest of the island, South to Volcano action, North to the Marina for some deep sea fishing or North on high road to Mauna Kea for some star gazing & ranch life. Just North of Kealakekua Bay, Captain Cook Monument & 2 Step, Manta Ray Dive & SUP Keauhou Bay & take the Free Trolley into Kona Town. Very easy access to & from the airport, about 20 minutes away.
