„Das Hotel Personal war von Anfang an unhöflich und ganz und gar nicht hilfsbereit. Ein zweites Handtuch wurde mir verwehrt mit der Begründung ich solle dies am nächsten morgen bestellen. Die Suite an sich war geräumig jedoch nicht sauber und Pilze wuchsen hinter dem Lavabo (siehe Foto). Handseife war anfangs nicht vorhanden und wurde nur nach 3 maligem Telefonat mit der Rezeption gebracht. Das nicht vorhandene Toiletten Papier wurde gar nicht nachgeliefert. „Mücken störten. Gebucht war ein Dreibettzimmer. Wir bekamen ein Zeeibettzimmer und auf Nachfrage wurde ein Beistellbett so ins Zimmer gestellt, dass man die Tür kaum noch öffnen konnte. Personal war aber sehr freundlich. “

„It was heavily raining when we reached the hotel. The main gate was locked. The hotel staff took so long to open the gate for us to get in. We got drenched completely by the time they opened the gate. When we got into the room after the registration, horrified to see the room full of cockroaches all over. Bed sheets were not changed from earlier occupancy. Could not sleep since the cockroaches were on all over the bed. Next morning, there were no facilities to have a cup of coffee before ...

„Management were very understanding when i had to leave early. After working in india for sometime, travelling back and forth staying in conventional hotels - it was nice to stay in an apartment for basically the same price. Awesome location - gated community. Am definitely staying there again. Breakfast, and breakfast staff were awesome!

Airport vehicle was arranged at a very high price, almost double the normal price. WIFI was limited. Not suitable for foreigners. .“

„This location was very convenient to the airport, only a 10 to 15 minute drive through Chennai traffic. I think that this was one of the biggest positives for this hotel. Our check-in experience was pretty smooth. Cleanliness was rated a 4 mainly because we had found some items from previous guests in our room as soon as we entered. However, this was immediately addressed by the staff at the hotel and they were accommodating and friendly.
