Fantastic for 2 families

This place was amazing for our 2 families, 4 adults and 6 kiddos. The pool was great, beach access with all the turtles is wonderful, and Dukes is delicious.

The condo was great for my family, and the resort was the perfect blend of family friendly yet not too overwhelming. We were happily surprised that there was umbrellas and beach chairs as well as toys when all included as well. Will be back!

Our condo was beautiful and had everything in it we needed for our Hawai’i vacation. Sweeping balcony with ocean views. We whale watched every day from our balcony. You provided everything and extra that we needed.

Definitely stay here again.

I cant say enough good things about this unit. The view was amazing! We enjoyed our entire stay and we were really appreciative of all the things they had for our kids, including TWO pack N plays, a highchair and kids utensils. We would definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful! Excellent view from balcony. Very comfortable to live in with a larger family. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Bonus of beach items to use. Easy access to beach, pools, town, etc... Would stay here again.

Girls' Trip

Five of us stayed here in May 2026 for a one week girls’ trip, and the condo was absolutely perfect! Not only was it clean and spacious, but it was decorated beautifully! It was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still having great spaces to gather together. The location at Honua Kai was excellent, with easy access to the beach, pools, and nearby restaurants and hiking trails. The lanai is huge with a perfect view of the ocean too. Overall, I was very impressed with both the condo and the resort. It has been well maintained! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families, couples, or a group of friends visiting Maui.

This property was perfect for a family with children ages 6 thru 20. Always something to do. Beach and snorkling were great. Comfortable and clean accommodations and great view. Property managers were available and helpful.Everyone loved it.

We all loved staying in this fantastic property - we would do it again next year. It was perfect.

The customer service was exceptional. The views on this property were amazing! And the rooms were wonderful. We had seven adults and we were all impressed and absolutely loved staying at this property. We did not want to leave. We will definitely come back to this property. LOVED IT!

Maui 2024

This was an amazing vacation. Everything was great. It was the trip we will always remember. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the mattresses. They obviously need replacing. Also the vacuum cleaner needs some maintenance, the brush doesn’t rotate. Thanks for a great stay.

Honua Kai 504

We had a fantastic stay in this 3 bedroom condo. Well appointed and maintained. The property managers were quick to respond to any issues we had, down to supplying us with extra kitchen towels. There were beach chairs and a cooler to use which came in very handy as well as an assortment of games for evening fun. This round we were traveling with our adult children and having King beds in each of the rooms was a treat. I can't speak to the TV's as we never had them on. Views from the balcony of the sunsets and whales was breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven.

Lovely stay, great for large groups

Comfortable, upscale accommodations with amazing balcony views. Unit is well-equipped but could use more kitchen towels. Air conditioner was also malfunctioning or not effective at putting out cold air, so rooms (and bathrooms especially) got a little warm and humid. Also, beach towel shortages on property, along with oft-malfunctioning towel dispensers, made getting towels hard and this added stress and additional effort during the stay, which wasn’t great. Overall though, a good experience.

One of the most well managed worry free vacation rental experiences!

Honestly this was one of the most well managed, worry free vacation rental Experiences I have ever had. From the beginning with my first correspondence and contract dealings; Maria Tobon was phenomenal. Responsive to questions almost immediately. She took a genuine interest to ask what we were celebrating, and how she could help... this was 4 months before our trip! Anytime we reached out to the concierge/contact email at KBM throughout the week, the response from their team and redemedy (if necessary) was top priority. The condo was stocked for every situation. Young kids, beach gear, football... appleTV to get to all your streaming apps. Really, we needed for nothing but groceries when we arrived. Providing dish washing pods and laundry pods was a VERY NICE TOUCH! I will recommend, not only this company, but this condo to med-large families. It has everything!

We had an amazing view from our lanai

The condo was large, spacious and well laid out and easily accommodated the five of us for our three week stay. We never heard any noise from guests in other condos. We had an amazing view from our lanai. We enjoyed having a restaurant and coffee shop on site. Having an excellent grocery store within walking distance was especially convenient. Parking for our rental vehicle was always available.

Amazing!

Everything was perfect! Size for 9 people was great. Extremely clean snd resort grounds beautiful. View was AMAZING. Everything was better than the online pics! Snorkeling right off the beach with turtles. Only suggestion is a few more kitchen towels as we only had 2 and a washcloth. Would absolutely stay here again.
