You can spot dolphins year round and whales playing in the ocean from November through April.

Important Information
* This is a privately owned vacation rental and is not part of the hotel reservation system, allowing us to offer competitive rates. While you'll enjoy full access to the resort's common amenities, hotel services such as daily housekeeping are not included. The condo is professionally cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Should you need additional cleaning, fresh linens, or restocked supplies during your stay, these services are available upon request for an additional fee.
* NO SMOKING in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.
