POOL & SPA INFORMATION



• May through November: The pool is not heated. Spa heating is available for an additional $25 per day.

• Cooler Months: Pool and spa heating are included with your reservation upon request at no additional charge.

• Please request heating at least 24 hours in advance through the booking platform to allow the water to reach the desired temperature.



THINGS TO KNOW



• Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old

• A signed rental agreement and copy of the booking guest's driver's license are required

• Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee; cats are not permitted

• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs

• Long-term stays are welcome, with discounts available

• Guests have access to the entire property
