The kitchen flows naturally into the living spaces with generous counter seating, making it easy to enjoy casual breakfasts, prepare dinner, or gather over drinks. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a Vitamix blender, and more!

Things to Note:



- Upon booking, we require a copy of all adult guests’ driver’s licenses and a signed rental agreement.



- We have a minimum age requirement of 28 to be able to book the property.



- We don't allow pets at the home, and the beach is pet-free.



- Quiet Hours: There is a noise ordinance that prohibits loud & unnecessary noises (including music, voices, and machines) between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.
