„그랜드 조선 제주 서비스는 흠 잡을때 없네요! 다이닝도 괜찮구요. 룸컨디션이나 뷰는 사진 그대로입니다. 침구에 알러지 반응 없었고 마룻바닥아니면 돌바닥이라 먼지 적었어요. 유일한 단점은 윗층 자쿠지소리 때문에 밤에 일찍 잠들려하면 많이 거슬렸어요.“
