Yoga Studio & Game Room: A full-size yoga studio in the converted garage invites your morning meditation or yoga practice (mats and blocks provided). The separate game room features ping-pong and lounge space – great for family fun or unwinding after a day of hiking.

Spacious, Stylish Interior: The bright, open living area with an indoor fireplace (pellet stove) and boho decor creates a serene vibe. Polished floors and large windows bring the outdoors in. Central A/C and heat keep you comfortable in any season. Starlink internet and a smart TV are available when you need to reconnect.

Sleeping Arrangements (Up to 6 Guests): 2 private bedrooms – a King bed in the master and a Queen bed in the second – plus a comfy pull-out. Sleeps up to 6 guests with fresh linens and plush pillows for all. Two full bathrooms provide convenience (one is a detached bath in the casita, handy for extra guests or post-yoga refresh).

Outdoor Living & Views: Multiple patios and seating areas for every mood. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, watching a pastel sunrise paint the boulders. • RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• A/C
Sage and Stardust is cooled by central HVAC for heat and air. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights.

• BOULDERS BEHIND THE HOUSE
Please note the boulders behind the house are not for guest-use. Please do not cross the street to climb on them. They are the neighbors property and he is very sensitive to people trespassing. Kindly only look from the yard but do not head over there to climb on the rocks. There is also a map in the guide book about this.

• SECOND BATHROOM
Please note that the second bathroom is in the game room which is detached from the main house, guests will have to walk outside the main house through the breeze through to access to the game room.

• HOT TUB
The hot tub is set up to automatically filter so you may hear it turning itself on and off. That is totally normal.

• ROAD TO THE HOUSE
The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy.

• WIFI
Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area but people needing full time high speed might not find those needs met here.

• WASHER/DRYER
Sage and Stardust has a washer and dryer available to guests that's are staying with us for an extended period for 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room too.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.
WE DO HAVE A PROPANE FIRE PIT FOR YOUR USE AND ENJOYMENT.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
