- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, island seating for three, along with a Nespresso and drip coffee maker.

Each of the three bedrooms offers high-quality Parachute bedding and peaceful landscape views.
- Bedroom 1: King bed, armchair, and a private en-suite bathroom with both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: King bed, armchair, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk beds, a twin trundle bed, an armchair, and an attached half-bath (toilet and sink).
