I never really have a lot of good things to say about hotels, But this hotel truly won me over. The checking in process was extremely fast, The customer service was true southern hospitality. It’s very quiet here no loud noises, Management is quick to respond to any and everything. Toby the GM was amazing and had a very unique southern hospitality charm, Hailey the front desk clerk was sweet amazing funny & very professional & had a cute southern charm about her the GM’s son was amazing as well and very professional. Rooms were super clean, Bathrooms were exceptionally above and beyond clean, My car was safe in the parking lot, There breakfast in the morning had plenty of options to choose from, The indoor pool was amazing. I can not wait to return in September I have already booked my room with the same hotel. I had a king suite and let me say OMG amazing comfortable roomy & that jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. I had absolutely zero issues here and I can honestly say I am very extremely impressed and I say keep up the amazing work ya’ll truly are amazing & Made our stay an absolutely amazing trip and can’t wait to some back in September. Ya’ll are the very first hotel I have ever given 5 starts to.
