Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated in Johor Bahru city centre (Tanjung Puteri) at the R&F SeineRegion, JOHOR BAHRU.

R&F Mall can be accessed through Level 6. There is a link bridge from the R&F mall to JB CIQ.

Just a 6min drive to CIQ, 8min drive from JB Central & JB City Square!

Singapore is just a 20 min drive away from us.

There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, being in Johor Bahru City Centre and surrounded by cabs, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.

(TIP: Hail a CAB or GRABCAR. It's well worth it. Traffic is REALLY bad in Johor Bahru, so avoid peak hour traffic if possible between the hours of 8am-10am and 4pm-9pm on weekdays).

This pad accommodates 4 adults comfortably but a max of 6 overnight at no extra charge.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th & 6th adult would be on two single sized floor mattresses with pillows, blanket & sheets.

I only interact with guests via AirBnb, What'sApp, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.
