This 2 bed 2 bath loft is steps from our favorite coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and everything else that Downtown JC has going for it! The loft itself is also a gem if we say so ourselves, with beautifully functional details everywhere you look.

Being this close to the action downtown, you can expect our place to be noisier than the average suburban home. If that’s a dealbreaker for you, no worries! Personally, we love the energy and are excited to share it with those who feel the same way.

The Space:
Having done plenty of traveling, we feel like we've got a good eye for what makes a new place feel like home. To us, it all starts with good light. Huge windows fill our space with tons of gorgeous light, especially in the afternoon, while the second bedroom is the perfect spot for a dark and cozy nap any time of day. Bathrooms are stocked with the fluffiest of towels and quality hygiene goods. And the kitchen is primed and ready for whatever culinary adventures you might want to whip up. And if there's anything in particular that would make your stay just a bit better, let us know and we can make it happen!

Guest Access:
Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment doesn't come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve, but our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.

The Neighborhood:
Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!
