The front office staff at this property, as many other Capital properties, is not customer service oriented. They do not return phone calls, they do not read, follow up, or respond to emails from their guests and less than timely even when you call and speak to them. When making the booking I requested a no feather room because of an allergy and the request was not granted. I followed up and nothing was done.
They have ONE dining option with a limited menu that is Asian, so no common room service items on their menu.
The porters, house keeping, and other hotel staff are lovely.
An overall comment on the Capital’s way of doing business: the issue of not creating a credit account or even being asked about creating a credit account is inconvenient.
