There was no AC in our room, we asked the staff to help us and did not sleep the entire night, they did not do anything to help us. They said the general manager would contact us and nobody ever did. Horrible service, especially in this Bali heat.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at Cross Bali Breakers. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our pool villa was spacious and so peaceful. We had amazing massages and facials at the beauty spa and staff there were lovely. Overall we couldn’t fault our stay it was perfect!

The property is very well maintained with great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing. Only negative is there isn't much to do in the nearby surrounding area, we found the local beach rather disappointing and dirty.

The venue and villas are actually better than the photos. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and bathrooms were amazing. The pools are very well kept and staff and drivers are the most friendliest people you will find. Because it’s not a resort style venue this place wasn’t full of kids so it’s perfect for couples/singles who want to relax by the pool and just chill There’s also massages are available. Would definitely want to come back here !

清潔で綺麗、スタッフの対応も良かった。 場所がタクシードライバーにわかりにくいと言う理由で 手配してもらえずホテルの車でジンバラン海岸往復350000ルピア、帰りの空港まで片道250000ルピアでした。 ホテルで1日のんびり過ごすには良い所です。

1.주위 빈민가입니다. 발랑안 비치를 셔틀버스로 이용하는 것 외엔 아무것도 할 수 없어요. 2.저녁 식사할 곳이 마땅치 않아 호텔 레스토랑을 이용했는데 저녁은 지정되어있는 날짜에만 부페고 나머지는 코스인데 2인 100달러 이상을 지불할 만큼의 가치는 절대 아니었습니다. 할 수 없이 덤탱이 쓴 느낌이었어요. 3.한국인 매우 많습니다. 네이버 찾아보니 후기는 없고 죄다 여행사에서 추천하는 글들만 많이 올라오는 걸로 보아 신혼여행 특수 호텔로 미는거것 같은데 글쎄요, 이가격이면 위치와 서비스가 더 훌륭한 곳에 숙소를 잡을 수 있을텐데요 발리에서 4.그랩 절대 안잡힙니다. 드라이버 있는 분 혹은 팩키지 여행은 뭐 상관없겠지만 저와 제 친구는 그랩을 잡으려 1시간 이상을 고군 분투했으나 이 지역 택시 드라이버들 때문에 그랩기사가 근처에 왔다 캔슬하고 돌아가기를 수차례 반복후 결국 그랩에 비해 2배가 넘는 금액을 주고 호텔앞에 대기하던 현지 택시를 이용했는데요. 기사는 친절했고 차의 상태는 쾌적했지만 호텔 직원이 택시 기사한테 발리어로 호텔운영 드라이버의 가격을 보여주더니 택시 기사는 값비싸게 불렀습니다. 더이상 흥정도 안되었고 너무 지쳐서 그냥 탔습니다. 5.어차피 발리 어디가나 여행객들한테는 덤탱이를 씌우는데 기왕 덤탱이 쓸거 위치 좋은곳 가세요. ㅎㅎ 진짜 개고생했습니다. 6.제 생일 케이크 촛불 불어준 여직원 아니었음 정말 욕만 썼을거에요. 호텔시설 자체는 쾌적하고 예뻐요. 위치는 개헬입니다

Our resort is located nearby famous Balangan beach, for those that love surfing and other famous destinations like Uluwatu Temple, Pandawa Beach, Padang-Padang, Jimbaran Beach, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa and 40 min to Kuta. With the 3 public swimming pool provided, a nice restaurant with great selections of menu, 3 bars, spa and X2 FIT, guests are pampered with those facilities to enjoy during their stay. Plus a free regular shuttle service to nearest Balangan Beach. In addition to that, our resort is very flexible about early check in and check out, as we believe that as long as we have the room available, we will provide it for free. 1.Staff is so kind. 2.we love the pool by our own. (We did not expect it because In Expedia just say ‘Pool view ‘. It is so attractive points so should say clearly! 3.Swiming Pool is not so big compared to such a famous hotel Ayana but enough to relaxing. 4.Drink and food on the hotel is good price,well affordable. 5.They have shuttle bus to beach.The beach is for surfing but we,who have kids around 3-7years can enjoy it because the left side of beach’wave was not so big.Swim to see fish and pick up some shelf. 6.Even we arrived 2hour earlier , they allowed us to be in room.It was so helpful and good service because sometimes we can not manage the time for flight or meal schedule. Even we could not get upgrad for VIP access but they approgize it and explain why. And the vila Itself is large enough for our family. Hotel itself,Not too big but suitable size. I strongly recommend this hotel.

X2 Bali Breakers Resort was an excellent place to stay. We loved the privacy which created a feeling of tranquility as well as the ever helpful and friendly staff. Service - The staff was very friendly and professional. Food - I enjoyed that the breakfast menu changed daily and that there is an option to have Indonesian food here. Spa - Their spa selections were plentiful and the service itself was very good. However, it was hard to book appointments for their spas during our short stay in October. Houskeeping - This part can be improved on, specifically with the placement choice for fragile amenties. During our stay, housekeeping repeatedly moved the glass cups to the edge of each bedstand from the original location at the bar area. Because it was placed in front of the phone and power outlet, this made it very easy to tip over the cup and break it. I notified staff of the incident, but the remaining cup got placed back in the same location the very next day as if the feedback was not heard. Also, cleanliness can be better. Our bed scarf had this very odd red stain that we noticed when we first checked in. Location - The resort isn't exactly located in an easily accessible part of the island. Expect an average of a 15 minute wait time if you book outside transportation.

Très bel hôtel
Accueil au petit soin, extérieurs sublimes, chambre tout confort, très bon lit, piscine privée, spacieux... seul bémol, aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres. Très bon restaurant bien que le service soit un peu approximatif. Espace spa. Un très bel hôtel

This resort was in its first couple of months of opening, but you would not be able to tell as the staff were amazing from start to finish, a well oiled machine! The food was incredible, we had breakfast every day which is chosen from a menu so cooked fresh, lunch around the pool was delicious and reasonable price for a resort, and dinner was beautifully presented and amazing flavours. We were so impressed. The service is most definitely 5 star and the villas themselves really quiet and relaxing. The manager referred to us as ‘family’ and anything they could do for us, they would. They provided cycles to take to the beach or a shuttle service, and the pools were extremely relaxing. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, relaxing with a 5 star service, I’d highly recommend this resort, we loved it.
