„We really enjoyed our stay and the boat. The owner helped us every step of the way. My son enjoyed the access to basketball court and pickleball and pool too. We went to a local club called the Beehive for the entire family with live music and was unique. We would come here again“

We had no issues with the temperatures of any room if you follow the instructions provided (some reviewed mentioned the upstairs bedroom being warm) -- with the fan on, and keeping the door closed, and blinds closed during the day it was cool and comfortable. „The condo was as described, management was responsive to any details needed or reported. The only thing is when your leaving the exit gate there is a tree, and the driveway goes close to the road so be cautious when pulling out even though the road is very minimal of traffic. “

The location is under a steep bank much below the road surface making it inconvenient to drag up the garbage can up to the street corner.
