Elevators didn’t work. It looks like it’s under a lot of construction. Rooms aren’t nice at all. Small, nothing matches. Doesn’t leave appropriate amount of soap to wash with. Towels are extra small. Probably won’t return to this property.

The hotel name is one thing in Expedia, another name on the sign when you get there and another name on the inside at the desk, it is very confusing when you get there because the name didn't match and there are 2 hotels next to each other. I went to the 1st one and they told me it was next door. We get there, got the room cards, 8th floor room, the cards didn't work to get in, they gave us another room 2nd floor and we got in, the elevators had a mind of there own, they would work when they wanted, had to take the stairs several times (good thing it wasn't the 8th floor) Walking up and down stairs was not easy for my husband or myself with us having bad knees, The clanking of the elevator door at the end right side we could here all night long when it did work very loud banging noise when it opened. One elevator the door would only partially open you would have to pry it open to get out. The beds are extremely hard very uncomfortable even my grand kids were uncomfortable. The trash barrels outside were over full garbage on the ground. Extremely busy street to get out on also. The staff was friendly and the room was clean though. Bagged breakfast was ok but nothing the grand kids would eat in there.

Please pat attention to reviews customers are leaving because the are true.Everything about the property needs improvement. They need to be audited for customer service if Expedia is listing them on your website. Smelly,dusty, sunks ,hot water not working to elevators not working. Rooms listed on Expedia to accommodate 5 people but hotel staff says that's Expedia's fault for that listing. They only take 4 people and have bedding for 4 people so its a take it or leave it when you are at the hotel.

There were many problems, starting form the elevators not working most of the time, the hotel was under renovation and had no restaurant open, the tv in my room had to be fixed twice, the clock in the room was not working just two cut wires on it, the bath tub was o stalled incorrectly so you could not take a bath. Overall not a great stay at all!

Inside my room was very clean, but l never got breakfast as promised, was told it was finished, the elevator needs lots of attention, the front desk needs renovations infact the whole building needs attention. Outside the place is not kept clean.

It was very deceiving I thought I booked a Ramanda by Wynham but instead they have a large sign on side of hotel that says Meadowlands hotel. The hotel is run down and it says breakfast included which we thought was a continental breakfast in a room but its only a bagged breakfast Expedia needs to remove this hotel as a Ramada!!!

The breakfast was unhealthy and had none of the items of a normal breakfast, and was delivered in an envelope and there was no room to sit and eat.

This was not a Ramada Inn as described. The restaurant on property that shows is permanently closed . The only working elevator didn’t want to open or close . Didn’t even think it was safe to get on to our room . The television.. Well forget that . The picture quality was like watching television back in the 1990’s as a kid using an antenna back in the day . Breakfast was a grab n go bag like we are in elementary school . The bed was hard as brick , and very uncomfortable. We couldn’t wait to get back home after that stay . I highly highly do not recommend. Stay far away !

Just not as nice as the picture shows. It’s close to the interstate that’s the only plus. It is in horrible condition outside not easy on the eyes at all. If it’s a property that was recently acquired by Ramada they the should have put the name someone on the building beside the one sign at the top of the side of the building that reads: Hotel Just disappointed all around. The room was not flipped correctly a small amount of toilet paper on the room, hair in both beds and pillows bathroom sink in my room 821 cold water didn’t even come on at all but the hot works which I guess is the most important. I think sites should send someone out to view the property before u sell the rooms online. The hotel was just absolutely nasty

The place was in absolute shame! What they are advertising is NOT how the hotel is! Elevators are old and don’t work! Paper print warning everywhere! Elevators would take you to the wrong floor! Some buttons wouldn’t even work! Room was dirty and dusty! Bathroom was old rusted showers head, hold in the bath tub and sink! I mean worst than a MOTEL! Even the entry door for hotel wouldn’t work at times! Breakfast was a lie! No breakfast!

This hotel is a complete joke. If you look up online it says closed It appears someone purchased the hotel and done limited renovations. Just barely enough work to get the hotel open. Rooms were dirty and the bathrooms gross. The hotel has 4 elevators but one worked occasionally. Several times i had to use the stairs. Their idea of a breakfast was a lunch bag with water, granola bar and a pastry. Do not stay at this hotel. No easy way to New York. They offer a shuttle that is way over priced.

The hotel is beyond awful. The behavior of the staff is incredibly bad. Something breaks down in the hotel every day. The coffee machine in the room doesn’t work. The hairdryer is available in some rooms and absent in others, and even in the same room, it works one day and not the next. There are 4 elevators; 3 are broken, and the remaining one breaks down every other day. The room key cards are faulty, and when you go to reception to change them, you encounter incredibly poor treatment. There’s no YouTube or Netflix on the TV, and when I asked the staff about it, they rudely replied, ‘ You had to read the internet policy, why are you asking me? It’s evident that the rooms are not cleaned properly. They only provided 2 shower towels for our room where 3 people stayed, and when we asked for more, they refused. I’m trying to think if there’s any good aspect to the hotel, but I can’t find any. I’ve stayed in many hotels in many countries, but this one stands out as the worst.

There was a couple on my floor physically fighting from 4am to 7am sunday morning. Doors kept slamming. The elevator kept breaking down, had to walk to the 8th floor 3 times to get to my room. Breakfast was pastery, and a half a bottle of water, in brown bags, both saturday and sunday morning contained the exact same items both days. Was not explained how to work the remote to the tv, as the remote was not universal. The only thing i liked, the rooms were kept clean, no missing personal items. Free parking. Staff was wonderful.
