Nice room. Never regret. Feel very safe. The only down side is the fan in bathroom didn’t work and they didn’t fix for me after I reported it to them. So I gave the 4/5 stars to the overall score.

Great hotel, very clean, beautiful room with very comfy beds. Only thing was that is no dinning around, no restaurants, no grocery close and far from subway. No walking distance from anything and is located on a hyw. I would not stay there again but the hotel was great !

The guy who checked us in was terrible. Not only could I barely understand his heavy accent but he was short, and tossed a pen down on the counter for me to sign. Very inhospitable. The elevator dinged loudly on every floor and there were no snack or beverage machines that I could find. The gym was nice but the tvs didn’t work

Not located in a great part of town… but the hotel was very very clean, the rooms were very nice and spacious and the staff was friendly. Convenient parking, although I do with the parking was atleast fenced in. All in all good experience!

The room was very clean , roomy, and well kept . The staffs were friendly, breakfast was okay, only issue was no extra blanket/ pillows for person sleep on pull out bed sofa when requested. Thank god we brought blankets along with our trip.

Disappointed
The room was still "dirty" when we checked in. There was mens underwear in the bathroom and pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The comforter was stained and ripped. Spackle job in the bathroom was not finished also. So technically it's still under construction.
