Guter Standort für New York Reise
Super Standort direkt gegenüber lower Manhatten. Etwa 20min vom Appartement bis ins WTC. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, leider sehr durchgelegene Matratzen! Supermarkt um die Ecke. Tolle Gemeinschaftsräume in der 33ten Etage mit Dachterasse und Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan.

Geniale Lage! Super Anbindung an 2 Path Stations
Wie waren zu dritt Anfang November hier. Alles war sofort traumhaft ! Die Lage : ruhig, sofort an den Zwei Path Stationen zur Überfahrt nach Manhattan. Hinterm Gebäude riesiger Supermarkt... im 39. Stock amtenberaubender Blick über Manhattan. Die Wohnung hochwertig und sehr sauber ausgestattet mit allem...! Jersey selber mit Kilometer langer Uferpromenade allein schon ein Traum und vom Hotel aus sofort erreichbar ... Jederzeit wieder! Preis/Leistung 1A

Super Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung nach NYC
Wir hatten für 2 Personen ein Studio gebucht. Dieses war vom Platz her großzügig und mehr als ausreichend. Tolle, große Küche. Alles war in gutem und gepflegten Zustand. Die Nähe zu den Path-Stations Newport und Exchange Place erlaubten eine optimale Anbindung, um nach Manhattan zu fahren. Bei der letzten New York Reise hatten wir eine Hotel-Unterkunft in Midtown; die Unterbringung in Jersey City in dieser Wohnanlage stellt aber eine wirklich gute und für mich sogar bessere Alternative dar: Entspannte und erholsame Atmosphäre und toller Blick auf Downtown, Check-in und Check-out sehr schnell und unkompliziert, da keine Schlange an Urlaubern. Pool hatte leider trotz Temperaturen zwischen 25 und 30Grad bereits geschlossen (Ende September), man konnte sich aber trotzdem auf der Poolterrasse sonnen oder dort nach dem Tag in Manhattan entspannen.

The views at this property are awesome. It was also really nice to have an entire apartment to myself. The building has great amenities, including a fantastic, large rooftop level with lounge and awesome view of NYC skyline. I’m a New Yorker, but I would do this again in a heartbeat! There’s only 2 things I’ll say though: the apartment was very clean, but my bathroom had some really gross paint chipping & pink mold like substance over the shower head. Also, while I loved the unit, it wasn’t the one advertised as I was expecting when I booked it.

It was “okay”
The apartment was “okay” nice views and nice furniture and equipped with kitchen tools needed. The bed was okay a bit harder for my liking but it could be suited for someone who does like a firmer bed. My issue was the cleanliness of the apartment. Especially since staying during Covid I was expecting more. The shower had someone else’s hair on the walls. After seeing that and 2 dead (tiny) bugs I was super uncomfortable. Bugs happen but the hair was concerning as it made me wonder about how well the rest of the apartment was cleaned. The towels and welcome kit were wrapped in individual bags which was greatly appreciated. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and personable. Communications were a bit difficult. Too many separate emails. Emails from hotel.com and then multiple from global luxury suites with information. Just seemed disjointed. Overall was just okay. I don’t write reviews but with covid I think it’s important to share my experience.

The view was amazing! The carpets were light colored and very dirty. The dressers had water damage on the tops of them. Could use a fresh coat of paint. The bed was uncomfortable as it pretty much was worn and had an indent where people slept. Parked two buildings down at double tree. Only stayed there one night for a total of about 8 hours so I can’t rate anything else.

Rolig leilighet, ikke langt fra sentrum

The apartment we stayed in had amazing views across the river to NYC. The property is located just a 5 minute walk to the PATH train station and the local mall. It was well laid out and very clean and the staff were extremely helpful.

This really is just an airbnb. 4PM check in and the cleaning crew comes at 10 am the next morning. Parking is an extra. Nice view. Decent apartment but should only be used over multiple days.

Please be advised that the name of the property is not Global Luxury Suites. It’s an apartment complex that people lives in; which made it very confusing when we arrived because we were looking for the name to be displayed. The pros are: the beautiful NYC views, the pool, the washer and dryer. The cons are: there were permanent stains on the kitchen counter, the beds are not comfortable at all, the towels are poor quality-they leave lent all over your body. We definitely will not be staying here again.

J'ai réservé un séjour pour 17 jours un appartement avec une chambre un canapé lit. Deja le canapés pour dormir horrible. J'ai du faire une réclamation on m'a donné un surmatelas. J'ai mieux dormie. Apres le ménage parlons en tout ce qui ce voyais avais et fait. Mais sous les canapés, il y avait de la poussière mais pas qu'un peu sous le meuble tv idem plus un jouets d'enfants. Le pompon est sous le tapis il y avait des confettis mais beaucoup, j'ai voulu aspirer est l'aspirateur été remplis de confettis. J'ai fais une réclamation fait une video , photos pour leur montrer. Les femme de menage 1 semaines apres sont venue. Et elles ont fait que ce qui se voyait. J'ai du leurs demandais de faire sous les meubles , et l'ont mal pris. Cela m'a choquée. Pour 17 jours il y avait 3 grandes assiettes , 3 petites 3 verres, 3 tasses . Enfin 3 de chaque. J'ai fais trop de demande pendant mon sejours . Par contre le service repond tres vite c'est le plus. Apres la vue est magnifique, les environs top pour ce balader .mais dommage que le reste n'est pas suivie.

Overall experiment in this apartment is bad.
Dryer is not worked, request counter to have a new one three days, the service department need us to their department for get it. The bath tub is not worked effectively too. And attitudes of service department guy is bad.

This was a nice property. That said, it was advertised as having a pull out sofa, but the sofa could not pull out because the space wasn't large enough. There was confusion around parking, and I wound up having to park several blocks away in a public lot. There was only one towel upon checking in. I received almost 20 emails from the company in a 24 hour space preparing for and during check in - annoying. Overall, a really nice room, but not worth the headaches.

The place is lovely. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and full bedding wasn’t provided until 2nd night even though we were told it would arrive on day of arrival. Having said that, the block and facilities are lovely, the local area has lots of things to explore and really easy to get to Manhattan.
