Guests have private access to the entire house. Dedicated parking on the property and free street parking is available, and a paid private parking is nearby for added convenience. Please let me know with your reservation request if you would like to make use of our parking lot during your stay.

- We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or allow you to drop off your luggage while our housekeeping team prepares the space. Let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to assist you!

- The nightly rate accommodates up to 14 guests.

- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT - Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.
