The Apartment

At Lowkl we strive to provide all of our guests with a clean, well-designed, and useful apartment in a great location at an affordable price. We tailor-make all of our units with your needs in mind. The apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a coastal design and feel to it. As you enter the sundrenched living room, you will find a comfortable Sofa bed that can be used to watch TV, read a good book, or sleep additional guests if needed. We have a comfortable reading chair, and a work desk in case you need to work remotely. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi and a large 50" HD television to watch your favorite streaming channels. There is a table for 4 to comfortably enjoy a meal.
The room is large and with plenty of natural light coming through the window. We have a 2 comfortable full-size beds to enjoy a great night's sleep with different options for sleeping arrangements and also a large closet to keep your room tidy and luggage out of sight. There is a 42-inch Roku TV in the room to enjoy a movie before going to bed.
Our kitchen is older and small in size, but don't let that fool you :) we stock it well so it easy to cook all sorts of meals. The bathroom has some art deco vibes to it has some age to it, but it is kept very clean for a comfortable and useful stay.

The Complex

Our units are located in a 45-unit apartment complex. You will get to enjoy fellow travelers like yourself as well as enjoy the company of true locals. The complex itself features luscious and spacious garden areas with an amazing tropical feel to it. You will have access to our communal pool filled with lounge chairs to get some of Florida's infamous sun and dining tables to enjoy snacks or a meal poolside. There is a large parking lot with 1 assigned parking per unit, as well as additional guest parking. The complex also features a large laundry room that can be used all day long.
