This 2-bedrooms, 2-bath vacation rental is ideally located close to Tarryall Reservoir and public lands.

If you’re visiting in the winter, take advantage of 45 minute car ride to Breckenridge for skiing , snowshoe, hiking, and ice fishing.

For the warmer months, enjoy white water rafting, swimming, paddle boarding, hiking, and biking nearby.

Pets

We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime in this unit! However we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:
- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
- Please keep the barking and chewing under control
- Please do not leave your pet unattended.
- Please keep all your pets food inside at all times. Lot of wild animals in the area.
- There is a $50 pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest. Please leave this in cash on the counter before you leave.
