„This is an IHG company and let me tell you.. they maintain their status as a 4 to 5 star hospitality company. I highly advise you book and R2M here for you or your family during your travels.“

„Clean room. Noisy guests kept coming in and out. Then someone's car alarm went off at 4am.“

„Enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely book the hotel again. “

„If you want to live with homeless people, than this place is for you. Otherwise make a big turn around this place. I left right after check in. “

„I understand you get what you paid for, however the property was extremely dirty! Smelled disgusting and I know it was just for one night since we needed a place to stay quickly before it got more late at night but there’s no excuse for being the way it was. “

„Clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff ! Rooms are dark and need to be updated“

„Eigentlich gutes Hotel allerdings könnte man besser putzen.

„I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The most concerning issue was a severe pest problem—there were multiple cockroaches present in the room during my stay. To make matters worse, management showed a complete lack of accountability when I reported the problem. The staff refused to apologize, offered no compensation, and treated the situation as if it were acceptable. Finding pests in a hotel room is bad enough, but receiving zero effort or empathy from management is ...

„Needed more convenient outlet for CPAP and chargers.“
