Sehr schönes Hotel mit unglaublichem Frühstücksbuffet. Auch das Buffet am Abend ist zwar nicht günstig für Indonesien, aber die Auswahl ist perfekt! Personal auch sehr freundlich. Zimmer wie auf diesem Niveau erwartbar.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Schönes Hotel mit viel Komfort und gutem Service. Alles ist sehr neu. Das Hotel muss gerade erst eröffnet worden sein Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große und Hochwertige Auswahl. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist dass viele Leistungen nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten sind. So muss man beispielsweise für das WLAN extra bezahlen. Das bereitgestellte Mineralwasser ist auch sehr teuer zu bezahlen.

Modernes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, teures WLAN
Das DoubleTree Hilton in Jakarta macht einen modernen Eindruck. Check-In war problemlos, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Essen beim Frühstück und per Room-Service hat mir gut gefallen. Zwei Kritikpunkte: Das WLAN ist sehr teurer (10€ pro Tag!) und die Wände sind so dünn, das man jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hört, z.B. Telefonate. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Modernes sauberes Hotel
Tolles Hotel mit sehr großem und gutem Frühstücksbüffet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Leider werden die Blätter der Bäume zu wenig aus dem Pool entfernt - Pool könnte sauberer sein.

Schönes und gepflegstes Hotel in hässlicher Lage
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gerade die Poolanlage ist ein Traum :) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets Hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht ganz optimal und die umliegenden Häuser sind sehr hässlich. (Allerdings ist Jakarta an sich keine sehr hübsche Stadt). Mit dem Taxi kommt man jedoch sehr billig zu den vielen Einkaufszentren oder den wenigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Allerdings sollte man hierbei beachten, dass der Verkehr in Jakarta die Hölle ist und es sich eig immer staut, also genaug Zeit einplanen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und auch ausreichend groß. Was uns jedoch wahnsinnig gestört hat ist, dass es kein freies Internet gab und man für 24 Stunden eine Benutzungsgebür von umgerechnet 10€ hätte zahlen müssen. Desweiteren sind die vom Hotel angebotenen Tagestrips wahnsinnig überteuert. zwischen 100-200 US Dollar p.P. Zum Essen des Hotels kann ich keine Auskünfte geben, da wir stes auswärts gegessen haben.

Sehr modernes Hotel!
Wir haben zwei Nächte im DoubleTree verbracht und sind von diesem Hotel vollumfänglich überzeugt worden. Das moderne Hotel wurde erst kürzlich eröffnet und befindet sich in einem top Zustand. Das aufmerksame Personal hat sich stets sehr freundlich um uns gekümmert. Wir konnten sogar bereits um 10.00 Uhr morgens einchecken, obwohl das Check-in normalerweise erst ab 14.00 Uhr möglich ist. Das einzige was man bemängeln kann betrifft die Lage. Aussenrum befinden sich nicht die allerschönsten Gebäude. Sonst können wir das Hotel aber auf alle fälle weiter empfehlen und würden dieses sofort wieder buchen!

This is not the hotel to stay at during a holiday. It was overcrowded leading to 15 to 20 min waits for the 2 elevators on the property. We were woken up daily at 6am to children screaming and running back and forth down the hallway. We spent most of our stay out of the hotel. The manager apologized but there was nothing he could do to improve our stay.

We were recommended to stay at the Doubletree Hilton by our friends who absolutely have had great stays in the past. We got two rooms. There are only two working elevators in the whole property and due to their full capacity, we were all waiting anywhere between 15 to 25 min for an elevator and even when it did come we were squished like sardines. Our second issue was the lack of supervision we were on a floor surrounded by young children and every morning we got the 6am wake up call of screaming little ones. Although the manager apologized, it would be a hard decision to try it again. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Jakarta that I was very happy with,

Hotel simpático e quartos bons, confortáveis, mas carpetes e lençóis com manchas (espero que por não saírem durante as lavagens). Comida relativamente fraca para um Hilton. Staff simpático. Zona da piscina pouco cuidada, apesar da piscina ser bonita, as almofadas das espreguiçadeiras com manchas e com ar bastante velho, zona envolvente da piscina pouco cuidada e com muitas folhas caídas no chão o que dava mau aspecto. Zona circundante ao hotel não apropriada para sair a pé sozinho. Numa próxima viagem a Jakarta não voltarei a ficar no mesmo hotel pois também gosto de poder sair do hotel a pé e dar uma volta, coisa que neste hotel não era possível.

It was a great three nights in this fabulous hotel. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The hotel is large as well as the room. All staff members were kind, polite, and helpful. Our stay overall was very good! The staff were very friendly and would help in any way they can. Had a small incident where the bed smelled like food (maybe from the previous user) and the hotel staff were able to accommodate right away.
