Spectacular Ocean Front Condo on the Omni Plantation

This beautiful condo is located right on the beach in the gated Omni Plantation Resort property with 24/7 guarded access. This condo has two spacious bedrooms on either side of the living/dining area for maximum privacy between bedrooms. There is plenty of single level living space with a comfortable living room, dining table for six and a large, fully updated, and equipped Kitchen. The condo is set up with Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable TV which many properties do not offer - only streaming. It comes with a new full-size washer & dryer separate from the living area, wine fridge, black out blinds (with remote control in master) and ceiling fans in each room.
Comfortably sleeping 6, each of the bedrooms have private baths with walk-in showers (one also with a large soaking tub), two private oceanfront balconies (one covered and one uncovered), TVs in each and two thermostats providing separate temperature controls in each bedroom for maximum comfort. Guest bedroom also has a desk, PC monitor and office chair for those with a little work to do. Many of our guests tell us how comfortable the new mattresses are. Both balconies have brand-new high-quality swivel & rocking outdoor chairs & tables to enjoy the panoramic beach view and sunrise in the morning.
Located on the fifth floor, the views are spectacular, not only of the beach, but also evening sunsets looking out over the back bay from the entrance balcony. Go down the elevator and you are only yards from walking on the beautiful beach and a short walk to the Omni Resort with multiple restaurants & shops. There is also the wonderful, recently updated pool which is heated most months of the year, with bathrooms & plenty of chairs in sunny & shaded areas.
