Evening,This seems to be the same statement you made during your stay last week.Notice was given through Expedia that the elevator was down for maintenance/refurbishment on their website and e-mails that were sent once reservations were made.You were also on the first floor during both of your stays and close to the entrance which the elevator was not needed.

The desk agent tried to contact you via room phone and cell phone number given upon arrival to remedy the issue with a room move to the second floor and received no answer, so it was assumed the unit was working.
