The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 twin size beds and a trundle. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV for your entertainment. Step outside to enjoy direct beach access and breathtaking ocean views.



The Space:

This ground-floor unit is equipped with a full kitchen that is stocked with all the essentials. Everything in the kitchen is new. There is abundant seating at the counter and a small table. The comfortable couch and chair add to the space for relaxing and enjoying company. Guest Access:

The unit is located on the ground floor. Enter through the secure gate and park in the designated spot with the permit found inside the unit.

You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival

You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival



DEPOSIT INFORMATION

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival.
