Natural light moves through the open living spaces all day, and the indoor fireplace adds warmth to evenings when the temperature dips.

 

Living space

The open living area is set up for easy togetherness. Comfortable seating, a TV, board games, and an indoor fireplace make it a natural gathering spot - whether you're catching up after a day out or settling in for a quiet night. The layout keeps everything connected without feeling crowded.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms are arranged to give everyone their own space. The home sleeps up to eight guests across four beds, with each room finished in clean, uncluttered decor and dressed with quality linens. Extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and clothing storage are provided throughout.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick morning coffee to a full sit-down dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a complete set of cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper - along with dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils for outdoor cooking. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and the flow between kitchen and dining area makes shared meals easy.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the household. The primary bathroom features double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and fresh towels, plus a hair dryer and cleaning products on hand.

 

Outdoor living

The backyard is one of the home's strongest draws. A screened hot tub sits at the center of the outdoor space - ready for a long soak after a day of exploring. Outdoor furniture and BBQ grill equipment make it easy to eat outside or simply take in the fresh air. The patio and open backyard give the whole group room to spread out.

The home comes with air conditioning, heating, washer, dryer, iron, and high-speed wifi. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, exterior security cameras (front and back), noise decibel monitors, and fireplace guards. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street, and self check-in via smart lock means a smooth, flexible arrival.

 

Location

Sitting in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home is a single-level property with a private entrance. JAX Airport and Jacksonville Zoo are both around 15 minutes away, and downtown Jacksonville is approximately 20 minutes out - close enough for day trips, far enough to come home to peace and quiet.

Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home during their stay, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room with washer and dryer, and the screened-in patio and backyard with hot tub.



There are no shared spaces — everything inside the home is exclusively yours.

A car is recommended for getting around Jacksonville, as attractions and neighborhoods are spread out. The home offers easy access to major roads, making it simple to reach downtown Jacksonville in about 20 minutes and Jacksonville International Airport in roughly 15 minutes.



Popular destinations like the Jacksonville Zoo, shopping, dining, golf, and everyday essentials are all a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for guests who prefer not to drive.



Whether you’re commuting for work, exploring the city, or heading to and from the airport, getting around is straightforward and convenient from this location.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.



Standard Pet Fees

• $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)

• $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)



Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)

• $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet

• $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets



Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 21+ years old.



Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only).



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes:

• Government-issued ID

• Selfie verification

• Signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal



Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

Mid-Stay Cleaning (Extended Stays)

• $200 refresh cleaning

Including light reset, trash removal, and fresh linens.
