The hotel staff was extremely kind, the breakfast was awesome despite corona restrictions and the bed was incredibly comfortable - I absolutely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast starting smelling up the room around 5:15 am or so. We were right next to a balcony over the kitchen. There was no peanut butter, no gluten free bread/muffins, no non-diet yogurt!! I travel a lot and have never had such a poor breakfast. The omelette was so rubbery and old, I spit it out. The desk person was rude when I asked if there was any peanut butter and she wasn't nice when I asked before breakfast about anything GF in the take out bags. In another Hilton property just down the street, they provide (in the take out bags) a gluten free bagel, water, apple. She was quite curt when she told me they were NOT a gluten free hotel. NO HOTEL IS!! Wasn't even asking that. She was just a bad attitude as if its a choice for me to eat that way.

My son and I arrived late after a 6 hour drive, check in was smooth of the room next to ours made our stay extremely uncomfortable. They were playing a pornographic movie loudly and apparently had several people going in and out slamming doors. It was late and I was in town for a medical situation so I didn't have strength to go all the way back to the front desk to asked for another room.

Very clean and convenient hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast and coffee was always stocked with many options. The only issue was the pool - unfortunately it was pretty dirty with sticks and leaves and a lot of other debris floating. Luckily the hotel is only a couple miles from the beach, so we didn’t feel the need to use the pool anyways.

Other than the fact my room was never cleaned in the 3 nights I stayed there everything was ok. I asked at check-in to have the room cleaned daily and on the 2nd morning I asked again to have it cleaned, it was not. Not a happy customer and may not come back in the future as I was there because of my wife’s hospitalization at the Mayo Clinic in which I most likely will be back in the future..

It was very nice ! We put in to let them know we had an emotional support animal . We let them know that she has anxiety so when we leave she will cry for about 5-10 minutes but then will stop. They called up 5 mins after leaving on the way to my family for dinner for them to say we had to turn around and grab her before they have to make us go home . I told the front desk they said it would be fine just for them to make us turn around and have no other choice but take her ! Very upset about that . But other than that it was a very nice place and I will do it again just would have to find a way about the dog situation.
