Welcome to our home! We prioritize your comfort and privacy during your stay. Here is everything you need to know about guest check-in:
1. Host Availability: While we aim to provide you with a seamless experience, we are just a message away! Once your reservation is booked, you will have access to my contact info if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.
2. Contactless Entry: For your convenience, we offer a contactless entry system with a smart lock. You will receive a code before your arrival. The code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number of the primary guest.
3. Check-in is anytime after 4pm and check-out is 10am. The door code is valid from 3:45 at check-in and till 10:15 at checkout. This ensures that our space is ready for the next guests.

Access to our lovely outdoor area which includes a private swimming pool, poolside chaise lounge seating, Cornhole, grill and dining tables to accommodate 8 guests.
5. Laundry Facilities:
For your convenience, laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, detergent pods and dryer sheets.
6. Beach Gear: We provide beach towels and beach chairs to make your travel preparations easier without the hassle of packing extra gear.
I can recommend a daily umbrella delivery, setup and takedown service should you be interested.
7. Parking: Enjoy hassle-free parking with off street parking for 2 cars. With strategy, we can accommodate 4.

We have a strict 8 person maximum occupancy, including children.
Parties or gatherings with additional guests are not allowed.
We have exterior security cameras with audio on the front, back and pool.
Our home is nonsmoking.
Pool Guidelines:
NO DIVING!
The pool is a dip pool with a depth of 3 feet to 5 feet.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Be sure the gate latch connects to keep the pool secure and safe for everyone, especially children.
Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Lock the pool gate when not in use. A red light will indicate that the gate is locked.
Pet Guidelines:
We love pets and want to ensure all of our guests have a pleasant stay! Please adhere to the following guidelines for our furry friends:
1. We allow one dog per reservation with a $200 nonrefundable pet fee. Any charge for damages is additional.
2. Furniture Policy: For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow dogs on the furniture or in the beds.
3. Cleanliness: Please be sure to properly clean up after your dog during your stay. A bag dispenser is provided for your convenience. Please tie the bag to help keep our cans clean.
4. Health Requirement: We request that all dogs have current flea/ tick treatment and up to date shot records for a healthy and enjoyable environment.
