Living Space
The main living area flows naturally between indoors and out, anchored by a 65" Smart TV and a large dining table where the whole group can pull up a seat. Folding-glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the line between the interior and the pool patio, making the space feel open and easy throughout the day. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, portable fans, and central heating keep things comfortable whatever the weather. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi mean remote work or itinerary planning never gets in the way of a good trip.


Sleeping Arrangements
The master suite features a king bed with adjustable head and foot settings and built-in massagers, paired with a spa bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub and a high-tech shower. A second suite offers a queen bed with a premium memory-foam mattress. A third bedroom also has a queen bed with a memory-foam mattress and its own private bathroom. The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed with a memory-foam mattress and a twin trundle - making it easy to sleep up to 11 guests across the four rooms.


Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking from scratch or putting together a quick meal between outings - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics. A Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee get mornings going without any fuss. Wine glasses, a toaster, and a baking sheet round out the setup, and the dining table gives everyone a place to sit together.


Outdoor Living
The private, fully fenced backyard is where this home really earns its place. A heated pool sits at the center of it all - pool heat available on request with 24-hour notice for an additional fee - surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated outdoor dining area. A BBQ grill with barbecue utensils makes alfresco cooking easy, and an outdoor shower keeps the space clean after time in the water. The 17th green sits just beyond the fence, giving the backyard a calm, open feel that's rare this close to the beach.


Bathrooms
Four bathrooms serve the home, including the spa bathroom in the master suite with its deep soaking tub and high-tech shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products are all provided, along with towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and essentials throughout.


Location
Set in a quiet neighborhood, the home puts Jacksonville Beach within easy reach without placing you in the middle of the action. South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground, Cradle Creek Preserve, and Beaches Town Center are all nearby. Downtown Jacksonville and St. Augustine are a short drive, and Jacksonville International Airport is roughly 30 to 35 minutes away - convenient for groups flying in from different directions.


Good to Know
Self check-in is handled via smart lock, making arrival simple at any hour. Optional housekeeping is available between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM for an additional cost. Noise decibel monitors and exterior security cameras are present on the property, including a motion-activated camera doorbell and motion cameras in both the front and back yard. This is a pet-friendly home. Board games, books, and reading material are available for downtime.
