Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand
Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Ein Safe ist nicht vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, so daß wir diese in der Nacht ausgestellt haben. WLAN ist vorhanden. Das Selfparking ist kostenlos. Wir hatten Frühstück mitgebucht. Nettes Buffet mit Omelettstation, Waffelstation, Toast, Früchten, Joghurt,.. Sehr netter Service beim Frühstück und am Empfang. Zwischen dem Hampton Inn und dem Courtyard by Marriott liegt die East Coast Rental Service. Hier können Liegen und Sonnenschirm gemietet werden. 2 Liegen 1 Sonnenschirm kosten am Tag 40 $. Am 2. Tag 30 $ und am 3. und 4. Tag jeweils 20 $. Beim Mieten gleich angeben wieviele Tage man nimmt! Am Strand ist der Wind sehr kräftig und die Wellen sehr hoch! Ich würde das Hotel noch mal buchen.

Beautiful spot. Direct access to the beach. Tiki bar, nice restaurant on site. Good food, fair prices. Nice pool, hot tub and fire pit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the first night there were people up after 2AM loud, laughing under our window at the fire pit and then they were running around the beach yelling. I didn’t get much sleep that night. I was surprised no one said anything to them. The pool and hot tub close at 11PM but I guess the fire pit is open all night.

This hotel was clean and very modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My beach front view was incredible. I saw dolphins out in the surf from my balcony! The walk to the beach was short and easy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Rachel was wonderful at check in. Staff is super friendly and holds conversations. There was only one working elevator. Our last couple nights it was loud. Early morning noises and people in the room above us and across the hall. Our room was clean. Pillows could use an upgrade.

Nice hotel on the beach with a pool. It has a lounge and serves food. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfy. Hotel provides towels for pool and beach which is a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in March 2024 in an oceanfront king room with balcony, which overlooked the pool. The rooms are a little dated, bed comfortable, the pillows could be a bit more substantial, the shower amenities are wonderful, towels could be a little fluffier - but all fine, no major gripes. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Maid service stopped by every day and took care of anything we needed. Lovely wide clean beach with no seaweed or tar balls, and we enjoyed the umbrella/chair rentals. A little over 1 mile to get to the main part of Jacksonville Beach and just a bit farther than that to get to Neptune/Atlantic Beach where we enjoyed the shopping and the North Beach Fish Camp, Coop 303, Poes Tavern, Mezza Luna and The Fish Company restaurants - all delicious. Only downside was we never got to enjoy the pool/hot tub. We were there over spring break, and there were a lot of children in the pool (with accidents that caused at least two pool closures) and the hot tub generally had 6-14 people in it and it was quite small. People staking out their pool chairs before 8 a.m. then not returning for hours. It's pet friendly, so lots of barking dogs. Family friendly place. Love kids and dogs, but we had neither with us, so were hoping for a little less noise and the capability to enjoy the pool amenities, but not unexpected for that to happen over spring break. Would definitely return.

The toilet squealed all night. We had to get up and turn the water off manually. The rooms are very outdated. Expected a lot more for $450 a night. View and location were wonderful.

Beautiful view of the Ocean from the Balcony. Easy beach access. Nice Hot tub with good strong jets and heat. Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff go out of their way to bring you food and drinks no matter if you are sitting at the pool, inside dining or at a table outside.

AMAZING!!!
The lobby smells absolutely amazing which gives off a great vibe and start to your stay. The check in process was smooth and ALL of the staff members I encountered were more than welcoming and pleasant. The pool was heated and open late and the hot tub was large and rejuvenating. The AC in the room worked extremely well. The bed was cozy and the ocean view from the room was extremely relaxing. I will be booking more stays here when I come to Jacksonville

Always some way to hit your pockets.
This was the first time I had to pay for parking at a property where I was staying. $15 per day to park at your own risk. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! The breakfast buffet was $22 per person, so we ate at the Waffle House.

Property and staff were great, especially Charles who checked us in, made us feel so welcome and made awesome dinner recommendations! We also loved that it was only steps to the pool/hot tub and the ocean...everything was clean and perfect. Would definitely stay again and hope to see Charles again.
