These views are "Captivating"—you can see the waves crashing along the shoreline from the living area and the Primary bedroom. The unit is on the Southernmost end of the Turtle Dunes building, so you have lots of privacy. The beautiful pool area has the Ocean as the backdrop and was recently renovated in 2019. Showers are right near the beach walkout and very close to "TOES TOUCHING THE SAND." No LONG WALKOUT!

CondoCondo features new and comfortable mattresses and lovely linens. The Primary Bedroom has a king-size bed, and the guest room has a queen-size bed and a Twin bed. Both BRs have Flat Screen TV's. The primary Bath ensuite has a large walk-in tile shower with a handheld sprayer and tiled seat. The second Bath has a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have wood laminate flooring, but the condo has no carpet. The Living Room features a new comfortable L-shaped sofa with Down stuffing and wicker side Chairs. New sliding glass doors and oceanside windows provide a clear ocean view. Upgraded high-speed internet and unlimited free long-distance calling are available, as well as an intelligent streaming TV. 2 - 4 Beach Chairs are available for guests' use and are in the guest bedroom closet.
