Sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr gut ausgebildeten Mitarbeitern die einem auf professionellste Art bedienen. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Butler sprechen Hotelgäste namentlich an, was ich sehr aufmerksam und vertraut finde. Duschartikel von höchste Qualität, das Bad ist selbst im Standardzimmer sehr groß und hat einen schönen marmorierten Stil. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr groß geschnitten, es ist sogar ein ankleidezimmer dabei. Herr Bulut von der Rezeption hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, vielen Dank, außerdem spricht er sehr viele Sprachen. Der Pool im Untergeschoss wird an private Zimmer vermietet was sehr angenehm war. Alles ist allem ein top Hotel, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Das beste Hotel inmitten der Stadt. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht. Das Restaurant/ Bar in der obersten Etage ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent hotel in great neighborhood
The location of the hotel is fantastic! Close to high-end shopping and walkable to the Bosphore area in 15 mins. The room was large and our only complaint is there was some street noise at night which was loud on the weekend. WiFi and amenities were great. The breakfast was great and the rooftop restaurant had great views.

Streets vs Park views
I stayed for 3 nights at the St.Regis hotel. The first night I had at the 2nd floor. The room was clean, smelled nice, cozy and convey. The service was very good and fast. However I had to change it because the view was directly on the streets it was uncomfortable for me personally as I value my privacy & would like to enjoy it with private view. I moved to the 6th floor for the next 2 nights of my stay. The view was private the way I liked it to be, however the room is a bit worn down, you can see it clearly in the bathroom. It had a smell as well and it had small flys all over the shower ceiling. The service is noticeably slow. And the bedsheets had a smell on them. I have pointed my points to the head of front desk which he was very open to it and assured that they are doing some renovations to the upper floors soon. Other than that it was nice and quiet.

Superb experience
This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. The level of service, attention to detail and accommodation to meet our needs was excellent. We had small children and were pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful teddy bears, crafts and supplies stocked in our rooms in advance of our stay. We had several special requests during our stay and found the the hotel staff to be competent, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is super high end and in a great location at the top of Macka Park and near the heart of the boutiques of Nisantisi. The rooftop has an incredible view and is a perfect stop for an evening cocktail. Highly recommend!
