  • Geräumige 5 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bad erhöhten Oceanfront Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht und Decks in Hülle und Fülle (Außen neu renoviert seit April 2016 und Master-Badezimmer RENOVIERT NOVEMBER 2016)! Ihre Familie und Freunde werden immer wieder zu diesem schönen Haus zurückkehren wollen, um die Aussicht auf den Ozean, privaten Weg zum Strand, umzäunten Hof, abgeschirmten Veranda und 2 Ebenen von Decks für die besten Oceanfront Sunrise Ansichten zu genießen! Der geräumige Wohnbereich umfasst einen großen Flachbild-TV, einen DVD- und CD-Player, 2 Sofas und 2 gepolsterte Stühle sowie einen Frühstückstisch für 4 Personen. Die offene Küche verfügt über Marmor-Arbeitsplatten mit Inselsitzen für 3 Personen, einen großen Edelstahl-Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter und Wasserspender und die Küche ist komplett bestückt für alle Ihre Koch- und Essbedürfnisse. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein großer Essbereich für 8 Personen, Holzböden durch die erste Etage, WLAN, eine große abgeschirmte Veranda, eine Außendusche, ein Gasgrill, eine private Strandpromenade, ein überdachter Parkplatz und ein zusätzliches Bad im ersten Stock (nur Dusche). Great location! The house was perfect for a large family on a rainy weekend. We played games, enjoyed the porches, and enjoyed the views of the beach when it was raining. We all want to return when the sun is shining.

October Friend Reunion

We had an excellent stay at the property. It was the perfect site & size for us to host a reunion of friends. Check in process was easy and the home was convenient to other things to do in IOP. Something we will definitely consider again in the future.

Great for family gathering for holiday

Great home and location for family to gather and spend holiday. Amazing views and porches. All spaces were very clean! Kitchen and living area were nicely updated - beds/bedrooms could use a little refresh. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Great Beach House

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely beach house. The beachfront location is excellent, and we spent a lot of our time enjoying the screened-in porch. A few additional pros for us were: very nice kitchen space that was well-stocked with any cookware and supplies we needed; brand-new gas grill; outdoor deck shower (with hot water!); beautifully-landscaped back yard with easy beach access. A few cons for us were: - the carpet on the second floor should be replaced (seemed old and dirty to us), as well as some of the area rugs throughout the house- some of the furniture could be updated (particularly the living rooms couches and the master bedroom headboard) - the door going to the screened-in porch is difficult and noisy to open/closeOverall, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider renting this house again if some updates were made.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the house are incredible and just a few short steps to the ocean make it a perfect choice. It was very clean with plenty of bath towels. The kitchen, all the bathrooms, and most of the downstairs appear to be recently updated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, lots of utensils and plenty of serving dishes. The one thing I might mention is that the bedroom furnishings could stand some updating although the beds were comfy. I was a little disappointed that the house did not come with any beach towels or beach chairs. For an oceanfront home, these things seem like a must. We rented chairs from a company that set them up and took them down everyday for us so that was nice. Overall, this is a great house with an incredible location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, roomy with many comfortable spaces, good beach access, nice back yard. The information about the property on the site didn't exactly describe the condition of the house. I would recommend that the owner replace the carpeting and work on the curtains (some are coming are coming off the hooks). Parts of the house were updated somewhat, however, the carpeting was in disrepair and dirty. Also, the curtains barely hanging on the rods.

The house needs some improvements: stained carpets and evidently dogee pee pee on the master curtains. Further, there were large roaches in the kitchen. the garbage bins were full upon arrival and not all were emptied during the stay. The maintenance team was amazingly responsive.

Reviewer Comments: No ocean view from main floor. Master bedmatteress excellent! Ice maker didn’t work for 10 days! This was our biggest complaint!!! Instructions needed with each TV some never worked even after cable guy came. Kitchen was unusually terrifically stocked with everything! Great for a family with children. Only one wash cloth and hand towels in kitchen. I recommend new master bedspread..... Hope this helps! Extremely clean upon arrival!
