    804 Ocean Boulevard wurde im Fr��hjahr 2016, aber mit seiner abgeschirmten Terrassen und offenen Grundriss, es bewahrt ihren südlichen Charme komplett renoviert! Die Sechs-Schlafzimmer, vier Badezimmer Haus bequem 12 Personen. Gro��e offene Wohn-und Esszimmer zu zweist��ckigen Fenstern. Esstisch bietet Platz für 12. Der offene Grundriss verfügt ��ber eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granitarbeitsflächen und einem Doppel-Backofen, so dass die ganze Gruppe ist ein Kinderspiel. Gro��bild-TV im Wohnzimmer, gibt es auch einen zweiten Stock Medienraum zum Entspannen mit einem Pub-Tisch, bequemes Sofa, großer Flachbild-TV.

    Das Hauptschlafzimmer verf��gt über eine private Terrasse mit Blick auf den Atlantischen Ozean und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Jacuzzi-Badewanne, so dass Sie am Ende des Tages entspannen können.

    Wenn Sie bereit sind, nach draußen zu gehen, werden Sie die private Promenade zum Strand und Dusche im Freien lieben, um nach einem Tag in der Brandung Abspülen!

    Kabel, WLAN, und Bettw��sche sind inklusive. Gas Grill befindet sich auf dem Back Board Walk. Kamin ist nicht für die Gäste. Nichtraucher oder Haustiere erlaubt.

There were nine women all together celebrating a big birthday in this house could not have been any better! Everybody was comfortable and had their own bed. Being right on the ocean insured lots of walks on the beach. The house itself was bright and sunny. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to pull meals together. The second refrigerator was useful and keeping all of our beverages chilled. I would totally recommend this house to anybody looking for a relaxing getaway.

The company is great with a particular shout out to the maintenance department who are on top of any issues and very helpful and the front desk crew that is friendly and accommodating. The house is perfect for us. It is not super updated which is fine, it's a beach house and I don't want to panic if any little thing goes wrong on our side – the fact is, some sand is going to come in! Everything works, it's a great design, and there is tons of room to get together or find a little privacy. Wonderful stay – thanks to everyone.PS - I am a hard grader!

And much closer to the water than any of the neighboring houses! Spacious living areas with a bonus den upstairs. Kitchen has everything you would need. Balconies off three of the bedrooms for privacy and views. Great location! Some of the furniture and fixtures are showing their age but overall a great place for a memory/filled vacation!

Great stay with 6 adults and 1,2 & 4 year old. I don’t understand some of the negative comments. Everything worked great- 2 fridges, every utensil, dinnerware, and cookware you need. The grill needed cleaning but it worked-you expect it with all rentals. Beautiful views from every room. Beach access was great with an outdoor shower. I do wish they just gave you the access code. You had to stop at the office to get it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were fortunate to be able to stay for a few weeks in the slow season and had a super time. The location of the house is close enough to town to allow for walking to dinner and the grocery store and it is a nice walk the other direction all the way to the Sullivan's Island cut. If you are very particular the fact that the kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated might bother you but they are totally fine and in perfect working order so we think it's great. The layout of the house is open and the furniture is just fine- beach house, cosy, not fussy. Island Realty is really great. They are friendly, organized and perfectly responsive when needed.

Comfortable Beachfront House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week in May, seven adults and a toddler, and we all loved it. Since there are several common areas we never felt like we were crowded and could have a place to be alone if we wanted. Great location -- it's in a very quiet part of the front beach and even at high tide there was plenty of beach area. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and serving pieces and there are two refrigerators. There was ample, comfortable seating in both the living areas and kitchen table. Seating outside was adequate for eight of us. There are several restaurants within walking distance which is great because parking in the area is limited. This is not a fancy, modern house, but from our standpoint we weren't looking for that -- it was comfortable, clean and offered everything we needed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the house didn't match the price and expectations. Lots of items were unsatisfactory. For example, one bathroom had a broken shower door, which was just sitting in front of the toilet instead of being installed. So when you showered the bathroom got wet and when you used the toilet you were cramped. Speaking of toilets. They are old with worn toilet seats and clogging issues. The TV in the main living room turned on but couldn't find channels. The main lights in 3 bedrooms didn't turn on.The frying pans were bent, so you had to try to balance them, so you could fry some eggs. One bathroom was dirty and one bedroom had dirty sheets. Overall the house was worn. The location is great but the house is disappointing.

Great access to the beach, far enough from the state park and pier to avoid large crowds. The house is roomy with plenty of seating areas and a good kitchen for a large family to use. The bedrooms are all very adequate with plenty of bathrooms on both floors. The family all were impressed with the views and room to spread out. The house has two refrigerators which was not mentioned in the description, much used and needed.The Bad:The interior was recently painted but it is still in need of some repairs. Many light fixtures did not work, the ceiling fan in the front main floor bedroom was broken (managed to fix it enough to use, but it needs repair), one of the sliding doors on the back deck would not lock, no hose to wash down beach toys and feet, and a drawer and shelf in the refrigerator were broken (maintenance responded quickly with new parts and made the repairs.)The Ugly:The air conditioning systems were entirely inadequate. The upstairs unit only circulated air, no cooling. The main floor unit couldn’t keep up with the summer heat, barely holding 78° during the day. After notifying the office, maintenance installed two window units upstairs that were good enough to get us through two weeks rental. This is not a new problem, other renters have had to put up with this situation and have complained about it. Please repair or replace both units!

The house has some thoughtful features - doors that close off the living areas from the sleeping areas; multiple towel hooks in the bathrooms; a walk-in pantry; two coffee makers; enough coffee table space for a jigsaw puzzle. The large square dining table is WONDERFUL and helps make meal time “together time” even for a large group. As others have mentioned, the house needs some basic preventive maintenance and additional repair. Beware the warped stair. The new decking is very nice.

A good choice for us

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. This portion of the beach is nice. The house has some thoughtful features - doors that close off the living areas from the sleeping areas; multiple towel hooks in the bathrooms; a walk-in pantry; two coffee makers; enough coffee table space for a jigsaw puzzle. The large square dining table is WONDERFUL and helps make meal time “together time” even for a large group. As others have mentioned, the house needs some basic preventive maintenance and additional repair. Beware the warped stair. The new decking is very nice.
