Oceanfront 1 BR Condo with Pier and Pool

This first floor beach front condo is a slice of heaven in the heart of Isle of Palms! 140C is a 1br1ba condo at the Sea Cabin complex located on the Front Beach of Isle of Palms. You will find all the essentials are included for a relaxing stay at one of the most beautiful beaches on the Southeast coastline. In addition, you will be only 10 miles from Historic Charleston and surrounding World Class golf courses.  This is the perfect spot to kick up your feet and relax while enjoying some of the most beautiful sunrises you've ever seen! The location is walking distance to live music, over 12 restaurants, shopping, and a first-class beachfront park is just next door.  The location is also walking distance to a full-service butcher, grocery store, and seafood market. This condo faces northeast - watch amazing sunsets and sunrises from your balcony. 140C Sea Cabin is nice and simple, clean, well-kept, and conservatively decorated in a range of relaxing blues and teals. Updates include new flooring, new full-size oven and microwave, open shelving, and a new coffee station with both drip and k-cup coffee makers. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and sleeper sofa in living space. Two small "ship bunks" will provide an exciting space for your little ones to sleep. These bunks are not suited for teens or adults. The kitchen comes with all the essentials including a dishwasher. There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included. This first floor unit has one flight of 10 steps up to the door; there is no elevator. Parking is very close when parking on the ocean side of the building. Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms. Whether you want to be busy or simply relax, 140C is perfect for any mood and is hosted by Premier Hosts. Max 4 guests. NO PETS. ONE VEHICLE PASS provided. No golf carts, mopeds, trailers allowed.

140 C Sea Cabins is located at 1300 Ocean Boulevard at the "Front Beach" area of Isle of Palms. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shops, and nightlife. You will have private access to the beach access, community pool, and Sea Cabins only ocean pier. You will find sidewalk access for the 350-yard walk to the Harris Teeter grocery store, Subway, the butcher, and some of Isle of Palms' best restaurants. This is the only condo location that provides beach, pool, and pier access. You will not be disappointed by this condo's fun and central location. Awesome location on the beach. Condo has own parking lot that had available spots every time we came and went. Restaurants and grocery all with in walking distance. Perfect sized condo if you spend your days at the beach. Too small to have any guests. Bedroom bed and pull out couch comfy enough but the bunks are narrow and only have a thin camping mat. We used them for storage. Would definitely rent again.

Our Second Stay!

Enjoyed the space & view of the water! Very close to the beach & love the private access. Sleeper couch had a comfortable mattress. Kitchen has plenty of utensils for cooking. Great as the first time we stayed.

Last minute find was a gem!

We found this little gem at the very last minute and feel so lucky that we did! It was our first trip to IoP though we are SC natives and super familiar with the Charleston area. The location is fantastic: the beach access is literally at your front door and it also is home to the only private fishing pier in IoP. The grocery store is a quick drive. A majority of the popular IoP restaurants and shops are walking distance from the condo. The condo was clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic cookware. If you're planning on cooking something special (e.g. crepes) or are picky about cookware you might want to consider bringing key items but it was certainly adequate to meet our needs since I only cooked breakfast one morning and we either ordered delivery or ate out the rest of the time. It is close enough to Charleston to drive over for all the activities the Holy City has to offer. They're not kidding about the sleeping berths being small. It was fine for our needs for this trip...my 11 year old boy a little under 5 ft tall and a little under 100lb fit just fine but by next summer probably not! Linens are "regular" towels are provided but make sure to pack your beach towels. They don't allow hanging things on the railings of the balcony so a lightweight drying rack or camping clothesline would be helpful to manage we bathing suits. Highly recommend!

Great location, condo was in walking distance to all bars and restaurants. condo had everything we needed, beautifully decorated! The only complaint was cleanliness of the pool and pool deck area. Pool and pool deck were never cleaned.

Great place near everything

I took a group if 4 (18+) that had just graduated from school and they had an amazing time. They had plenty of choices within walking distance to go eat (any type of food and price range) as well as look at shops and of course we were just steps to the beach. This was a nice clean place with all the things we needed to cook as well as relax when not out and about. I will for sure come back!!!

Relaxing beach getaway

Your property was just what we needed to get some rest and relaxation. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. We woke up to magnificent ocean side sunrises. The private pier and beach access were literally only steps away. We enjoyed several very good meals close by and enjoyed beach walks daily. Each night we got a great nights rest in the comfy bed. Perfect for a girls getaway

The condo was cozy, perfect for me and my daughters. Great access to the beach, nice pool and parking. Shops, restaurants & grocery store all within walking distance. If beach is your thing, a car may not be needed! Only downside is the public beach access is close by so beach seemed crowded. We’ll be back!

Great place, excellent location

Condo was exceptionally clean, updated, and comfortable. Deck with beach view is added value. The condo is small but was perfect for myself and my two kids. We were there in the off-season, but there was still plenty to do and restaurants/bars within walking distance. Short drive to Sullivans Island, Mt Pleasant or Charleston. Very quiet building, at least during off season. Host could not have been more attentive and accommodating. Really nice trip, would do it again.
