Upper Level:

Ocean Views: Enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean from the oversized windows and upper deck.

Kitchen: The gorgeous kitchen includes custom stainless-steel appliances, a farm sink, ice maker, and a large island with swivel chair seating for five.

Dining Area: Choose to dine in the kitchen, dining room, or outside on the balcony, which offers plenty of seating and a perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Living Room: Furnished with a plush navy couch, two sleek chairs, and two cozy swivel chairs, the main living area is perfect for reading or conversing with friends and family. A large flat screen TV is available for streaming your favorite movies or shows.

Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious king bed, a large closet, double vanity sinks, and a beautiful walk-in shower.

First Level:

Bedrooms: All bedrooms are en suite. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen bed and private bathrooms with gorgeous tile showers. The 4th bedroom includes a full bathtub/shower combo, ideal for bathing little ones.

Ocean Views: Enjoy light and ocean views on this floor.

Living Space: A beachy living area with comfortable furnishings and a large flatscreen TV offers a great space for guests to spread out.

Laundry Room: The oversized laundry room provides direct access to the outside deck and beach shower, offering a convenient spot for beach bags and towels.

Outdoor Features

Deck: Relax on either the top or lower deck while enjoying the ocean view and salt air. The lower deck is equipped with a flat screen TV, mini fridge, and sink, allowing you to watch your favorite shows and enjoy the outdoors simultaneously. The upper deck off the kitchen inspires al fresco dining.

Outdoor Shower: Rinse off after the beach in the beautiful tiled outdoor shower. Private half bath adjacent to shower.

Garage: A two-car garage includes an EV charger for electric vehicles.

With its ideal location, modern amenities, and stunning views, this home is perfect for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation. Just a few steps off the porch, you'll be on your way to the beach, making for an easy, short walk even with little ones.

A few important notes to be aware:

- NO HOUSE PARTIES. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 4 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family vacation rental that is also located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of larger gatherings.
- Guest must be at least 35 years of age in order to rent and occupy the home.
- For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front exterior entrance of the home.
- This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
- This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS (16), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (10) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

This property is beautiful. 4 great bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and shower has strong pressure. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. The 2nd floor kitchen and family room are spacious and great for hanging with friends and family.

Outstanding Property

We absolutely loved this house! It was exactly as it was pictured on-line: clean, spacious, provided everything we needed. It was so nice having a bathroom with each bedroom. We loved the outdoor spaces as well. The outdoor shower was such a bonus to help keep sand out of the house. There was easy access to the beach, just a short walk down the street. Would definitely rent again!

Could not give enough stars to this property. Not one thing we would ever change. I have stayed at ocean front homes in Wild Dunes and had a further walk to the beach than what I did from this home. Will definitely book this home again next summer.

Fantastic Beach House!!

Can't say enough great things about this house. It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 teen age boys in town for a baseball tournament. The kitchen was super well-appointed with everything you could possibly need to cook meals in. The bedrooms were comfortable and great AC! Loved the decks and outdoor set up with a close easy walk to the beach. Would certainly stay here again.
