Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.**

**The Ocean Point community pool will be closed from October 5, 2026 through March 2027 while the pool and pool deck undergo renovations. Guests may also experience noticeable construction noise during the renovation period.**
