It’s just a short mile walk to the centre of Trearddur and Sea Shanty restaurant, down a pretty lane of similar properties. We loved the refreshing 15 min stroll out to the beaches and eateries in the evenings and got the teenagers to embrace it too! „Amazing property - a beautifully restored wind and water mill in a lovely location. Three generations in the family plus our wonderful grandog had a grat time- 2 years to 65! Everything from kitchen / beds / showers / baths were just perfect. Cannot recommend highly ennough.“

The cooking facilities are very minimal - microwave, small air-fryer, toaster & kettle. „The views are fantastic. Fabulous view down to the sea from living room and twin bedroom. The accommodation is very spacious, large bathroom with shower. The living room was comfortable. There was everything you could need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The seating area directly outside the apartment, was good, especially when the sun was shining, it was a sun trap. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.“

However there are issues of internal damp that need addressing for health issues. „16th June 2025 This is a fantastic property which is located close to the centre of Menai. We were 11 adults all of whom were more than satisfied with the house and its location. We used the property to surprise 2 of the guests who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The house was great for allowing us to hold our own celebrations and self cater. There were a few issues worth mentioning. Some of the bedroom tv's did not work.With regard to catering (for a party of 11) the kitchen ...

„We stayed at Sea Breeze a couple of years ago and thought it was a great apartment. However, it’s now in need of a little TLC. Some of the walls could do with a lick of paint and a few holes need filling. The handheld shower head was also broken. That said, the location is excellent and the apartment is still really comfortable, so we’d probably stay again.“
