Overlooking Island Park Reservoir, this welcoming home features an open-concept living area with a Smart TV, cozy electric fireplace, oversized windows showcasing beautiful lake views, and plenty of comfortable seating for gathering together.

The fully equipped modern kitchen offers granite countertops, a gas range, ample prep space, bar seating, and everything needed to prepare meals, while the large dining table provides plenty of room for everyone to dine together.

After a day on the water, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, fire up the propane BBQ on the expansive upper or lower decks, or take advantage of nearby boat launch access and convenient trailer parking!
