This is particular townhouse is located in the `T` building and it accommodates 8 guests comfortably. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms plus a loft. The Master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. The loft bedroom has 2 twin beds and is a perfect sleeping spot for kids and young adults alike.

The full bathroom upstairs has a tub and shower and the full bathroom downstairs has a shower for you to refresh after a day of exploring.

Gather in the living room on the sofa to watch a movie together on the flat-screen TV or enjoy a meal in the dining area that seats 4 plus 3 people at the kitchen counter.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary items to prepare and serve your meals. Outside, there is a BBQ and outdoor seating.

Amenities at the EBC include a communal heated pool, clubhouse, communal charcoal BBQ grills, picnic tables, 2 tennis courts, beach, marina etc. Fishing allowed from the dock, but you may need a fishing license.

If you would like to bring your boat your can dock it at Founders Park for a reasonable fee, which is right next door to the Executive Bay Club. NO docking allowed at the EBC marina.
