It is clean and comfortable with plenty of places to relax - inside and outside (nice pool, lounge chairs, shaded hammock, etc.) Good location - about 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach and 5 more to the hotel or marina. Host was very responsive and accommodating and two helpers really made a big difference - keeping everything clean and preparing delicious breakfast and lunch every day.
