Wir haben mehrmals den Herd und die Klima, Ventilator, Tv benutzt und haben 28 Dollar nach 10 Tagen bezahlt. Konnten auch später auschecken als 11 Uhr. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. We have the help of Lore and it was the best thing. She keep everything organize and clean all the time. She was always there to help you with anything. "Wir haben in der Dominikanischen Republik drei Hotels besucht, und dieses hier hatte das beste Animationsteam. Besonders die landestypische Musik, zu der wir gerne getanzt haben, sowie das tolle Essen haben uns begeistert. Einzig der Pool hat uns nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen eingeladen. Unser erstes Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen, aber unser Concierge Erik hat uns beim Upgrade geholfen und auch sonst bei anderen Anliegen super unterstützt. Rückblickend merken wir erst richtig, wie freundlich das Personal in diesem Hotel war – vor allem, wenn man es mit anderen Hotels vergleicht. "

"Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für eine Nacht, beide sauber und zweckgemäß. Zimmer 1 mit Balkon zur Straße einwandfrei, aber ab morgens recht laut. Zimmer 2 mit Mini Balkon nach hinten, Blick auf Nachbargebäude, leicht muffiger Geruch, aber deutlich leiser. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück auf Bestellung und gut. "Positive: I stayed at the hotel for four days. Check-in took a while, but it was within the time limit. We had a beautiful room, a bit small, but in an excellent location. The service and staff were very reliable and courteous. The entertainment was very good and well organized. The food selection was good; everything was available. There were many different nationalities in the hotel. There were plenty of beach chairs. Exchanging What wasn't so good! When you go to the main restaurant in the evening, it's difficult to find a seat. But it was okay. Personally, I felt there weren't enough security personnel. I only spoke to a security guard once that evening. There are cameras, but you can't tell whether they're surveillance or fake.towels was no problem."
