Escape to Little Lake! This location has so much to offer! This Spacious Modern/Contemporary lakefront home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms awaits your family! The large living area is spacious with high ceilings that open to the kitchen and dining area overlooking the lake. Living area features contemporary stone gas fireplace, 70 inch large smart tv with dish network, bluetooth speakers and lake view. The master bedroom features a King bed with large walk in closet/bathroom en-suite. Bathroom features large jet tub, open tile shower, and double sink. Bedroom 2 features two twin daybeds, double quartz vanity, closet and plenty of clothing storage. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed, walk in closet and lake views. Basement area offers large family room with 50 inch smart TV, pool table, Foosball Table, Electronic Game, bar/island area, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and two additional twin beds. Basement bedrooms offer one custom twin bed and one queen bed. Both bedrooms have a closet. The walk out basement features a sitting area and NEW hot tub with LED Lights and views of the lake. 100 ft of Lake frontage offers 5 kayaks and 2 Stand up Paddle boards for guests use. Fire-pit located at beach area. No wake/ no motorized boats or launch.
No parties or loud gatherings. Guests are to respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Guests will be asked to leave should violate this rule and no refunds will be given. Guests do not have access to garage.
Trail cam at entrance for security purposes only. Still images captured of incoming and outgoing traffic only. No audio or video is captured. No Fish Cleaning indoors or outdoors at this location. No Fish in our trash. No Smoking/Vaping Indoors

Great property for a multi-generational vacation.We enjoyed the lake (especially the turtles in the early evening), the sandy beach with plenty of chairs, kayaks, paddleboards, hot tub, outdoor eating area (great for our seafood boil), evenings on the beach - lighting provided great ambience, nice fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Kitchen was well stocked. Great indoor dining space. Nice selection of games for all ages. Close to many activities including pontoon rental on Hamlin Lake and rafting on the Pine River. Many thanks to Alicia for her hospitality. Fantastic property!

Beautiful Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. All the kids loved the lake and using the paddle boards and kayaks. The home was large enough for all of us and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Oh and the hosts were very accommodating!!! Thank you!!

We loved our stay at the house. We had fun playing in the lake and building a fire in the fire pit. The house was well stocked and was the best Vrbo stay ever. I would highly recommend this house for families!

Idyllic escape!

We loved our stay at 'Little Lake Escape'. There was ample space for our family -4 generations- and plenty of beds and bedrooms. Hosts went above and beyond with a lovely welcome basket, orientation notebook, books and games for all ages, and the best equipped kitchen of any vacation rental I have ever stayed at. The house was very clean and picturesque, as described and the host responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed skiing at Crystal Mountain, hot drinks by the beautiful fireplace, chasing the preschoolers around the big basement, and family game time. I highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Great Place!

This property exceeded our expectations! Very eclectic design and artwork added to the enjoyment. Up northy but modern and thoughtful! The pictures in listing do not do this place justice. Plenty of room and the lower level was a big hit. Everything worked!! TV's, Remotes, Hot Tub, Pool Table all good. 5 stars

Perfect Family Getaway

There were 6 adults (24-50 years old) and 3 children under 3. There was plenty of space and plenty to do for all ages! We kayaked and paddle boarded daily. The hot tub was a great way to end each evening. The adult children loved the water trampoline! Alicia was absolutely amazing!! Quick to respond before and during g our stay. The snacks were very appreciated when we arrived! The littles would go to the counter and ask for snacks. We’ve stayed in VRBOs from coast to coast, north to south. This was the best stocked house we’ve ever stayed in. There was not 1 thing we were in need of. Plenty of towels, cookware, silverware, pots and pans. Although we didn’t need it, loved the little touches like the toiletries in case you forgot something!! Plenty of room for all of us at the table for meals. I really can’t say enough good things about this home! We would rent from Alicia again, this property or any other property due to all the little details and how well everything was stocked. Thank you for allowing us to make your home, our home for a week.

Amazing property and stay

We had a fantastic time - 10 people ranging from adults to teens to kids. The multiple kayaks, paddle boards, and giant raft were a huge hit with the kids, as well as the sandy beach! The property was very clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend!

Great place, awsome experience

If I could give this house and property 6 stars, I would. The house was very clean and from soap to s’mores skewers, it came with everything we needed. The house is larger than it appears in the pictures. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The property is absolutely beautiful! Our boys, 9, 12 and 14 were on the paddle boards and kayaks daily. The lake is the perfect size for them to paddle around and we didn’t have to worry. I paddled around the lake and they have by far the best and largest beachfront and lake access. We took day trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland and Traverse City. We also rented a pontoon boat from Loomis Landing. It was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. We hope to come back again!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had a phenomenal family vacation at this property. There were 8 of us ranging in ages of 16 to 72. Most of our time was spent relaxing at the property and by the lake. We also took a day trip and rented a pontoon boat on Lake Hamlin and spent another day in Traverse City. The house was beyond well equipped, having everything we needed. It was incredibly clean. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to and during the vacation. The whole week was filled with laughter and relaxation.

Wonderful Lakefront Michigan Home

The VRBO listing was very accurate and the house is even better than the pictures. The furnishings were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was well appointed and the outside grill was great! Our group of adults and young children loved the small lake and spent many hours swimming,kayaking and fishing. We were approximately 30 min from Manistee and lake Michigan A great vacation spot!

Wonderful property, very spacious and perfect for groups of all ages. Off the beaten path, but perfect for a peaceful winter getaway. Very near to Crystal Mountain and Caberfae for skiing. The owners are easy to work with, we would definitely stay here again
