„Great room friendly staff beautiful hotel“

„Rooms were not ready at 5:30 pm. Front desk staff (Vanessa) was not able and more important willing to help. We had to insist for her to call a manager to solve the problem. Basically having a guest tell the staff of a Hotel how do do there job is unacceptable. “

„Das Hotel lebt von seinem Namen. Der Empfang und das untere Stockwerk sind recht schön. Die Zimmer haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wie wir erfahren haben, giebt es einen neuen Besitzer der für die notwendige Renovierung einige Millionen investieren will. Hoffen wir es.“

„Although we told in advance to have a quiet room we were given a room on the first floor next to the busy street, streetcar and construction work included. We had to insist to get another one which, then, was ok. Breakfast rather poor, typically american, especially the coffee. But the nice waitress made special coffee for us, the european way. Overall, this hotel is far too expensive for what it is offering.“
