„We went for my husband's birthday. We had a great time. Hotel was beautiful, clean and staff was very courteous. Food was delicious too“

„Rooms were not ready at 5:30 pm. Front desk staff (Vanessa) was not able and more important willing to help. We had to insist for her to call a manager to solve the problem. Basically having a guest tell the staff of a Hotel how do do there job is unacceptable. “

„Great Hotel in Downtown. The Pool is pretty cool and clean. The rooms are also very nice and the bathroom too. Friendly staff!“

„Although we told in advance to have a quiet room we were given a room on the first floor next to the busy street, streetcar and construction work included. We had to insist to get another one which, then, was ok. Breakfast rather poor, typically american, especially the coffee. But the nice waitress made special coffee for us, the european way. Overall, this hotel is far too expensive for what it is offering.“

„I stayed at Casa Mina #2(on the ground floor) for 2 nights to go to a concert at Sun bowl. Decor was so lovely and the room was spacious, it’s nice to have a refrigerator inside of the room(in the kitchen). The only thing that could be improved is the deep cleaning. I noticed some stains on the headboard, curtains, sofa cushions, and mattress cover, as well as some dust on the windows. The towels also had a mark. „The property was so unique and charming! The room was spacious and decorated impressively. There were no issues with checking in or out of the room. I felt safe with the codes on both doors to the residence and room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. I didn’t use the kitchen area, but for a longer stay, I would definitely feel comfortable cooking! It was quiet the entire stay, and it is located in a decent area that I felt safe walking to and from. I am overall very impressed ...

„Liked that we had a private room with our own restroom and dinning area. However it was pretty dusty in the dinning/kitchen area. The tub was also dusty, only noticed when I turned on the water and watched as all the dirt drained. My partner and I got stuffy noses because of there dust. The bed sheets however were clean though.“

„Breakfast is advertised as buffet style but not. Cereals and bagesl/breads are only available. When we get to the property, checking inn is smooth with no issues. Once we got to the room, it was dark and the only available lights is the bedside lamp and the bathroom lights. Bed is clean and there was fridge and microwave which is I like. There was no soap and toilet papers so had to ask front desk for it.“
