„This is a good place to stay but the map on this app shows it in the wrong place. Look on Google Maps for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. It's right next door. It is in Tower 1 (there is no 40). There are two swimming pools but they both close on Mondays.“

„The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. I picked this unit over others in the same gated condo complex because of the king size bed and sleeper sofa (w/ picture of the sofa included). There was ...

„I waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. “

„Very clean“

„I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)“

„Good location with dining near by. But the unit is in need of some maintenance and deep cleaning. As we first entered the unit it smelled sour. But that could be because the mail breaker was off so no air was moving. When we turned on the ac it immediately smelled dusty. We took out the filter and it was caked with dust and hair, etc. Once we cleaned the filter it was better. When we opened the fridge to turn it on it, too, smelled badly and, of course, was warm since it had not been on. Then ...

„We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer ...

"Pro: Big room, comfortable matress, great breakfast. Con: Maintenance and general room equipment old and used. Outlets missing at the bedsides. Noisy box typ aircon (not suitable for this price category) Flushing of the toilet tends to break down. Reception staff couldn't speak english well. Very unattentive when faced with a problem like a broken (not clogged) toilet that needs maintenance staff not housekeeping. Conclusion: Don't visit L'fisher anymore for a good hotel in Bacolod. Seda and ParkInn are much more modern accomodations, especially compared to the prices."

"Clean and well kept hotel. Great an well stocked breakfast. Some annoying features: There is no elevator from the underground parking garage to the hotel. While the blackout curtains work great, the smoke detectors status LED blinks quite brightly every 10s. A model change might be required."
