„Clean room and friendly staff. Pool was closed for renovations. The TV in our room wasn’t working. They moved us to a nicer room but the TV did not get satellite or cable. The only channels available were from tv apps, most of which you had to subscribe to. Missed the MKB playoff game.“

„Gratis Shuttle ins anhe gelegene Foxwood Casino“

„Okay for golfer“

„Very nice property and location. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.“

„Tolles Hotel - immer freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Top Lage und feines Essen.“

„Very close to the sea“

„Super service - thanks again sooo much! The hotel is a bit old though, they could renew some things, e.g. the beds. Good for one night. Mostly clean and safe and with really nice people running the motel.“

„Definitely a good price for what this hotel offers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was extremely spacious and clean. Pool was heated in April which was great. Breakfast was good too. No plastic dishes. They have cups for take-out coffee though. Couldn‘t ask for anything else. “

„NO warm or hot water for both of our rooms for our entire stay while front desk staff, the manager and even Hilton customer service lied and gas-lit us about it. After speaking with other customers it sounds like this is a frequent problem at this location. Hilton denied our request for money back. We were never able to shower.“

„I booked a nice place in Mystic for the night, but I mucked up. I had the wrong date. No available room that night one day earlier. Didn't want to book another "pricey" place cause I wasn't sure I am going to get reimbursed. Looked on Expedia and found a reasonable priced accommodation. HJ may have had some charm in the 60/70's, but that is no more. The bathroom was dirty. I did take a picture of it. It's rundown. In other words, not kept up well at all! Sorry.“

„Hotel ok-gut Nur Zimmerrreinung unmöglich. Aufenthalt 7 Tage.
